Great deal when I got mine
Bought the 10″. It is firm but adequately padded on top. Never had a hybrid and was somewhat reluctant. I’ve had other memory foam mattresses and remember the old mattresses and box springs from my youth. When first unrolled, I felt the bounciness of the springs too much. But later it is perfect for me. I have severe back problems and a torn rotator cuff (usually no sleeping on that side) and this is about as good as I expect it to get. I am sleeping better. It works perfectly fine with my adjustable base. The price was outstanding when I bought mine. And it is made in the USA. No bad smells at all.

Disappointed
The mattress came in a box folded and then rolled. We allowed well over 72 hrs to fully rest before even sitting on it or anything. The crease where it was folded never smoothed out and after only one month of use has a dip in it. I knew we were taking a risk with a cheaper mattress but I’m pretty disappointed. I do wonder if it just not being folded would have prevented this from happening.

2nd time around
I bought this exact bed 4 yrs ago and left it with the new owner of my old house, too old to move. The house I just bought needed a bed so why not buy what was not broke, very comfortable. This time it didn’t come with two pillows too bad for me. Still a good bed for 6′ 220 lb man

Slants
Slopes down at foot and head of bed. It is comfortable but I just donât like how it came to shape. Perhaps itâs the XL only. I have 2 other NAPQUEEN mattresses of regular length 8â and 10â and they are good. This is the 12â TWIN XL.

Mattress in a box
After what felt like an eternity searching for a mattress, I decided to go with this one. Not gonna lie, I was nervous and preparing myself to have to return it. It arrived quickly. As soon as I got the wrap off of it, it began to expand. I did wait 72 hours before sleeping on it just to give it time to reach full expansion. It is a thick and comfortable mattress! No more back and shoulder pain because the support is on point! Very pleased

Absolutely worth buying. My kids as well as myself were pleasantly surprised as to the quality of the mattresses. You wonât be disappointed in this purchase.
