Firmer than I thought
Arrived supper fast. About 2 or 3 days early. Unpacked it and it expanded to what looked like full size within minutes, but I let it sit there for 3 days before using it. Never had any chemical smell. Looks and feels pretty good, but it is a bit too firm for my taste. Feels good for sitting on it, but it takes me longer to fall asleep on it and it is more difficult to sleep on my side because it doesn’t mold to my body as much as my old mattress. That said, I’m still giving it 5 start because it is a good value for the price and is exactly what is advertised, I was just hopping it was a little softer personally.

Very comfortable bed, excellent value
This is the best “shipped” mattress we’ve ever purchased! It has a similar quality to what you would purchase at a local mattress store but at a much cheaper cost. The box with the bed was surprisingly heavy and was a bit of a challenge to get to our upstairs bedroom, getting more than one person to help is recommended. Unpackaging the bed and setting it up was straightforward. Though the directions say to give it 72 hours to fully expand, it looked like you would expect almost immediately. There was very little odor even right after opening, and none after a day. The pillow top is soft, while the bed is medium firm.

Although I decided the firmness of the Matress wasnât for me, the bed was shipped well protected, No harsh smell either. Overall a beautiful Matress.The customer service from the seller is beyond exceptional. The fast response and resolution made the process easy. I would recommend!

Tough to rate 4 stars at best, could be 3 stars..
first impression? Great! Quick shipping, expanded nicely. Very comfortable to sleep on. Good seller communication. Medium firmness as stated. No more hip or back pain. I would have gave it 5 stars at this point, but, edge firmness? Not so good…in fact, pretty bad. I am 180 pounds. You seem to slide off and the sides bulge when you sit on the end. Now we are down to 4 stars at best. but there’s something else, like a sixth sense, that tells me this mattress won’t last. Now it’s between 3 and 4 stars. I gave it 4 but we’ll see. I mean, for $300 i’ll be happy with 3-4 years. Keep you updated in 3 months.

Amazing Mattress!
Firm, but soft on top. I have back pain and this gave me amazing support yet still cradled my curves. The hubby and I both felt comfortable on this one even though he prefers soft and I prefer firm. Even the corners formed well, and they donât give too much when you sit directly on them. Highly recommend.
