When it arrived I thought no way this is the same product I ordered because it was shrink wrapped so small. When it opened though, it is thick and very comfortable!

Serta is our go to mattress. Purchasing from Amazon was a great way to receive our order. The bed is Goldilock approved in my opinionâ¦.not too soft, not too hard but jusssst right! 5 stars!

Poor quality but good customer service
Customer service was great, but not the mattress. I let it lay flat for 5 days, but there was a giant lump/crease in it that would not flatten out and was hard. They gave me a refund and woukd have replaced it, but didnât want to deal with the possibility of another faulty one

If temperature is a concern this could be your solution…it is for me. As a women around the 50 yr age mark and as someone who has always detested being hot when sleeping, I achieved greater temperature regulation and satisfaction immediately. The heat dissipation and pressure relief is markedly different than I have experienced with other brands.Lets be honest before continuing, Serta has brand name recognition. This is not to say this is the same Serta from decades past, but beds also didn’t come in boxes, delivered to our doors decades ago. Keeping this in mind and comparing to other beds in boxes…having ordered several, this bed is AMAZING!!! Comfort will always be individualized or personal. Yes it may be pricier than off brands but it is extremely reasonable when compared to other brands that deliver comparable products.This mattress should be considered dreamy. Mattress’ are very subjective. This seems to to the perfect blend of cushioning and support. It provides the luxury feel of pillow with structure of coils. If you prefer a bouncier feel to your mattress, then youâll probably like the coil system this bed has. I can’t speak to longevity fingers crossed the feeling last because with back problems finding a bed that works has been a journey. I feel I am able to ACTUALLY enjoy sleeping and wake rested. To be honest stayed in bed over weekend way too late lolAgain, time will tell on the durability but I have had enough experience with beds in boxes that I also set appropriate expectations. I would be pleased if I got 2 plus to 3 yrs out of this bed with consistent use. Several of the others, I have purchased were rotated out within a year to 18 months… 2- 2.5 yrs in certain vacation homes. Went put in perspective… I find it entertaining that people will spend several hundred dollars on sneakers but will skimp on spending on their bed. For me this bed is a bargain and am GRATEFUL to discover. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Very affordable mattress that works great for either your main or spare bedroom.
I needed a new mattress for my guest room. This fit my budget and I have had several Serta mattresses and always been happy with them.This comes rolled, vacuum sealed, and in a box. You will want to open this where there is room so you don’t knock anything over.Pros: Affordable mattress. Comfortable and is from a good brand. Solid construction. I like the material that surrounds the mattress, much more premium and thicker feeling than my older standard mattress.Cons: After receiving, I wish I would have spent the extra and went with the 10″ over the 8″. Only for sheet fitment as all my sheets are for deep pocket pillow top.Overall: This is a great mattress, I let it expand/relax for 48 hours, and I slept on it for 2 nights in the spare room. It sleeps great and having a new mattress makes you realize just how old your other mattresses are. Perfect for my guest room *and would be great for my main bed as well*. This mattress would also be an amazing option for in a travel trailer or motorhome. I am using it on a slat style bedframe that does not use a box spring and it sleeps great.

Lets begin with the Pros:Shipped and packaged very well.Arrived the NEXT day.Very easy to set up.Clean and does not have that weird chemical smell that a lot of memory foam mattresses do right out of the box.It expands pretty quickly, but I gave mine a full 24 hours prior to sleeping on it.Extremely comfortable.Firm but has a decent amount of give. A little firmer than I expected for a “Level 3 Plush”Overall, it’s a great sleeping experience.Cons:It’s pretty heavy.I am a full grown adult man that goes to the gym 4 times a week, and it was a bit cumbersome and bulky and heavy to move around on my own and to get it positioned on my bed prior to cutting it out of the packaging.I would definitely recommend having a second person to help you.It’s a great mattress and for the price point, I really think you’re getting the best for your money.I highly recommend it.
