When it comes to liners, you want to the best available
I sold waterbeds for 30 years, but no more. A liner is critical in the event that a leak develops in your waterbed. I was reminded of that last summer when my matter developed a leak and I had a good–but not great–liner. The liner’s stand up corners didn’t stay up and it was a mess on the ceiling and hardwood floor below. Expensive and time consuming clean-up. This is a high quality liner–rugged, thick vinyl with ‘stand up’ corners. Trust me. It’s what you want. You will really appreciate this quality standup corner liner whenever you change the bedding because your sheets will snugly tuck in between the mattress and frame. And, although I’ve had this only for six months. I can tell from the weight and workmanship that I should receive many years of use from it. This was more expensive that any of the others I could find on Amazon or eBay. But no question, the quality here is worth the additional price. You only pay for quality once. But, when something is cheaply made and it’s going to be in your life for years to come, you will continually pay for it every time you use it and be asking yourself over and over, why you didn’t spend a little extra.

    Excellent buy
I’ve had a waterbed most of my life for 40+ years. This is the sturdiest liner I have ever had. It’s thick and stand up to tucking sheets and everything else.

Great Safety Net you can’t do without.
This item is great, appears to be well made, which some are not. The only problem is it is about an inch tall for our wood enclosure which is only 8″. We can deal with that ok though. Remember that most waterbeds leave a little to be desired when it comes to exact size and depth sizing. If your sides are 9″ then this one is perfect.

    Very thin for “Heavy Duty”
This liner was not the cheapest option on Amazon but because my current liner has torn in the corners I figured the “heavy duty” liner would solve that problem. Upon receiving the liner I quickly noticed that this is the same as the thin one I currently have. To illustrate how think it is I took pics of my micrometer measurements. I had to measure the material with it folded in half to get a measurement so just divide by two. The results are: the liner is 0.13mm thick (5.1Mil). For a comparison a piece of notepad paper is 0.08mm (3.1Mil). In other words, this liner is not even twice as thick as a piece of paper… Heavy duty disappointment.

    Great waterbed liner!
Very sturdy, stands up nicely. I did use blue painters’ tape to hold it in place while I filled the mattress, but I don’t think I really needed to. Corners have re-inforced joints, which make it stand up better. Great liner.

    Waterbed liner
I have a king size watered box framed. Seems to fit ok. Wished it was thicker. I might double it for extra security of leakage
