AMAZING! This is quality that is affordable and worth the investment! I was so pleasantly surprised. The cotton cover is soft and smooth and the entire piece is weighty but not heavy. I slept wonderfully and it was easy to launder. I’m now looking at all their products and have the duvet and ladies zip up in my cart.

Memory foam vs. wool
Replaced our memory foam mattress pad with the wool pad. Itâs not as soft as I was hoping but after a couple of weeks I found I was sleeping better and Iâm not as hot during the night. Overall Iâm happy with the wool mattress pad. It fits our king size bed and I have not had a problem with it moving on the bed.

My expectations for the Woolino Mattress Topper, with its promise of Pure Australian Wool, Organic Cotton, and 1.2 inches of “Ultimate Comfort & Support,” were unfortunately not met. From the start, the topper felt somewhat thinner than the advertised 1.2 inches, which was an initial letdown.However, the most significant failing of this product is its complete lack of durability in terms of loft. Within an astonishingly short period â just one month of use â any fluffiness the topper possessed had vanished. It became entirely flat and compressed. The Australian wool fill, which I anticipated would offer resilient cushioning, instead compacted down, offering virtually none of the “Ultimate Comfort & Support” touted in its description. This rapid degradation was a major disappointment.The consequence of this flattening is a near-total loss of the benefits one seeks from a mattress topper. There’s no discernible added comfort, no pressure relief, and it certainly doesn’t provide that plush, supportive layer I was hoping for. For a product in this premium category, its inability to maintain its structure and function for even a short time is unacceptable.Ultimately, the Woolino Mattress Topper was a regrettable purchase. It failed to deliver on its core promises due to the immediate flattening and a perceived discrepancy in its initial thickness. It did not prove to be a worthwhile investment for improving sleep quality.Worst part is the selling company does not pick up phone calls. I have repeatedly called them and could not get anyone to pick up.
