I never lie about a product! This is the most comfortable mattress I’ve brought in a box! It doesn’t sag. It’s has great support. It’s firm like described. And most of all, it’s a great price point. I highly recommend THIS brand mattress.

Medium firm with slight cushion…
I’ve tried out several medium plush mattresses at stores, and this is definitely not medium plush comparing to them. This feels more on the firm side, but with a little bit of cushion. I give it a 4 in the 1-10 comfort scale between firm and plush, with it being more on the firm side. Surprisingly with the small amount of cushion it provides, it does pretty well for me on my shoulders as a side sleeper and with pressure point relief elsewhere. But I feel like I require a thick pillow to keep my neck and back aligned. The mattress is far more supportive than the previous memory foam mattress I owned. I used to be an ultra plush mattress lover, but unfortunately they’re not good for my health so I can no longer sleep on those. I was initially looking for a medium plush bed, usually they have a supportive cloud-like feeling that I find most comforting, but I think this medium firm mattress does better for me. Anything on the firm side is uncomfortable for me, but I find that the pressure and tension on my body are more relieved than on an ultra plush bed, which is very important for my current health condition.

Love the quality and price. This mattress is very comfortable. It’s not super soft, I’d say medium hard, and I love it. It comes rolled up and immediately took shape when I placed it on my bed. Highly recommend.

Very Comfortable
I was very skeptical of buying a mattress without lying on it first…. that being said I read all the great reviews and decided to give it a try. I can tell you that I am not disappointed at all. This is a great mattress for any price. Firm, but not too firm, soft, but not too soft…. It’s just right. Definitely a 5 star mattress!BTW – I use it with an adjustable bed frame and it works great with that too!

Consider yourself WARNED.
Ok….so far so good. I haven’t slept on it yet but, there are some things you should know apart from the sleeping experience. This mattress is very very heavy. You will definitely need at least two people to maneuver it…so get a strong partner to help. It is highly recommended that you move the mattress to its final destination before opening the package. WARNING…BE CAREFUL. The mattress is under a vacuum seal and under tremendous pressure. Once my partner and I opened the vacuum seal it sprung open with such force that it knocked my helper clear across the room. She knocked her head on the floor and, got hurt. She says she is ok now but, im keeping an eye on her. She is refusing to go to the hospital When it sprung open my grip on the mattress was such that it ripped off the corners of my finger nails , one from the left hand and, the other from the right hand. Blood got all over the mattress..ugh…I used Clorox bleach disinfectant to clean it off. What an experience..WOW!!. And yet so far I believe that it is a WONDERFUL MATTRESS…Well made ..heavy and sturdy. Actually, its heavier that the old SERTA mattress that I took off …. firmbut soft. Construction is quality stuff….I laid on it briefly (not yet fully expanded) and I’m amazed.. if you don’t hear anything else from me you can assume that this is an amazing mattress…( in more ways than one…YIKES…lol….)

Does Not Expand Like the Pictures
I genuinely don’t know why this product has such good reviews. The customer service is decent. But the beds leave a lot to be desired.I left the mattresses to sit for several days (longer than recommended) and on both mattresses, all 4 corners dip down. The thickness is great but the quality is terrible. I actually feed bad for my kids! And I already got rid of their old mattresses.I really don’t recommend these. There is zero support on the corners especially. Itâs like sleeping on a cloud if it was full of coils and nothingness.

Its comfy and feels good. Only complaint is it cant be flipped over if you spill or want to periodically flip your mattress.

Finally the mattress I have been searching for. Extremely happy with this purchase, it arrived boxed but soon puffed up after opening, left it for the recommended 48 hours and I have had the best sleep since. I have several medical issues and this mattress is both supportive and soft on vulnerable joints I.e hips and shoulders. No roll together or ridge formation from memory foam. One very comfortable and beautifully made mattress
