Easy setup. A bit heavy but worth it
I was burned by a cheap mattress last year that left me with aches and pains. This time, I did my research and invested a bit more. After a few days of digging, I found this mattress, and I’m so glad I did. It’s been two days, and I’m already hooked – it’s the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. I wake up feeling refreshed and pain-free. Fingers crossed it holds up for years to come, but for now, I’m giving it a well-deserved 5-star rating. Highly recommend!

A great night’s sleep
We have been sleeping in this mattress for 2 weeksIt is the most comfortable mattress we have slept on.I was a little leary about buying this mattress with it being in a box and mixed reviews.But I would highly recommend this product to anyone that has neck and back problems or just wants a great night’s sleep.

Nice Mattress
Iâve been sleeping in this mattress for several weeks now so I can offer my assessment. This replaced a very inexpensive mattress that was horrible to sleep on. This mattress is a huge improvement. I like the hybrid style and it seems firm enough that it offers good support and soft enough that I donât wake up sore. While this is a good mattress, if I were to do it all again, I would spring for the pillow top version. Still, I am pleased with this mattress.

Initially I though the bed was gonna be too soft, but after 24 hours, it is right at median firmness. Amazon’s delivery and haul away service is great, really easy. Overally the purchase experience is great.

Do not order one of these mattresses. If you do, just know that it will wear out in a few months and their “365 day trial” is very very difficult to get your money back. You won’t actually get your money back. You’ll get a voucher. I had the worst back pain after using this for a few months and I’m still waiting on my “voucher” “refund”. They will come pick the mattress up and ghost you .I’m sitting here with no mattress. I had to go buy a camping air mattress to sleep on. I’m going to end up probably having to sue this company. They’ve left me mattressless and without the financial means to buy another one. Absolutely disgusting business practice.

Easy to setup/ very nice quality
This is my first hybrid and it is very comfortable to sleep in. It is firm which I like and itâs very comfortable and not too hard to set up. Amazon delivery was great. They delivered it right up on my porch and I carried it up to the second floor. If you can have a partner help you carried up the stairs would probably be better . I unpacked it , there is a barcode on the box and it will tell you how to set it up, which is very helpful. It would be nice to have instructions inside the box that were printed. I unpacked it and let it sit for 24 hours. I slept in it the next day and itâs very nice product.
