I definitely give this bed 5 stars!! I never leave reviews but I had to for this one. It has only been 3 nights of sleeping on it but I slept on this mattress the night after a procedure on my neck. I slept all night without any discomfort!! So far I’m successfully recovering from my procedure with the help of the comfort of this bed. My husband is 6’3 200lbs, I’m 5’5 140lbs and my dog is a medium sized dog. We all slept so deep through a massive storm. We woke up to emergency alerts on our phones about the massive storm. We didn’t even hear the hail falling on the house. I’m very picky and had purchased a really expensive one before and we had a Sealy as well. This one definitely beats a $2,000 mattress! For Firm mattress lovers. Stop looking and give this one a try. It’s so worth it. Definitely wait the full 72 hours to allow to expand.Â

I’m getting a good night’s rest!
I’ve tried several all memory foam mattresses but over time my back would ache. I’d bought a hybrid BedStory for my 16 yr old son and he loves it. After 3 years of use you can’t tell any difference. I had to buy one for myself. It’s absolutely perfect! No more backache! I’m sleeping for longer durations. Truly impressed, highly recommend!

âBedStoryâ became a bad story.
This mattress was a huge disappointment. Despite being advertised as “firm” with “extra lumbar support,” it turned out to be extremely soft. I gave it a full 72 hours to expand before using it, but from the first night, I could feel my lower back sinking deeply into the mattress with no support at all â and I only weigh 160 lbs. It provided zero pain relief, and after just a few nights, I woke up with serious back and waist pain.Ironically, the support was even worse than my old mattress, which I had used for 7 years before replacing. I was specifically looking for a firm mattress, and this is far from it. Sadly, what I hoped would be a good investment turned into exactly what I feared: my âBedStoryâ became a bad story.update, the return and refund process was ok, so I updated to a 4 stars

Value for Money
This mattress is so comfortable and the price was sooooo cheap! This feels like the 1k + mattresses we tried but obviously for much cheaper. Itâs totally worth the price and they ship right to the house and then itâs easy to set up!

Best mattress for the price!
Buy it! You won’t regret it for the price! I’ve slept great ever since. No more hip and shoulder pain and the firmness, is just right. I usually buy a medium plush but decided to try a firm after purchasing a high end name brand mattress two years ago that constantly would sag every week after flipping it and also made my hip and shoulder hurt. At 127 lbs, I had expected better with a high end and no sagging after one week. You can’t beat this Bedstory mattress at this price point as I paid 4 times the amount for my last mattress that I just threw in the trash after two years. Don’t be fooled as it’s heavy and will take two people to move but it was so easy setting up.

Be ready to be surprised!
Exceeded our expectations extremely. This is our first purchase of a mattress that comes in a box. Our last mattress was $5K and is nice. But this mattress is $500 and comes very close to the top mattresses we have purchased in the past. We will purchase another one soon.

The plush is firm but Iâm not mad at it.
I ordered the plush model and itâs super firm I thought about sending it back butI decided to give it a chance . The first few nights lots of tossing and turning but after about a week Iâve gotten a pretty good sleep. Im a side sleeper so firm is the exact opposite of what I was looking for, but I have to say I do sleep pretty good on it. No back pain or stiffness. It doesnât retain heat so thatâs a good thing. Overall 4/5 starts because initially this isnât what I was looking for but itâll do for now.
