Strickly Amazing!
Amazing…was shipped a Queen-size mattress in a much smaller box than expected. Delivered in less time than promised. When I opened the box, to my surprise, it was rolled up. I didn’t know you could ship a queen-sized mattress in a box much smaller than the mattress itself. The secret is that it was vacuum-packed! Once opened, it takes 72 hours to completely expand to normal size. It is rated at medium firmness, and I also purchased a 4-inch topper because I like to sleep in soft comfort, and I have a bad back. The sleep quality is wonderful. Another thing that I was impressed with was the firm edges. Much appreciated by me. It’s amazing technology and rates at the top for comfort, firmness, and sleep quality. The mattress is a true value for the money.

Disappointed. It’s VERY firm not medium firm!
Shipping was fast! Mattress is beautiful. No funky smell. And it has handles! But this mattress is as hard as the floor! 2 nights on it so far and my body is sore and I have not slept good yet! But I guess I am stuck with it. Can’t imagine trying to return a 14″ queen mattress! Disappointed. Probably should not have ordered a mattress without trying it first.EDIT – I have to come back and talk about the SUPERIOR customer service I have received. They reached out to me and let me know they were giving me a full refund. And that I could keep, donate or toss the mattress. For now I am keeping it. I have purchased a topper to see if it helps. BUT this is how you take care of customers! And I will do business with them again! My mattress is 2 star but the customer service is definitely 5 star!

The mattress was great accept it was too firm .since I have back issues I was unable to sleep on it. . Flexpedic immediately addressed my concerns to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company.

If you have back problems, look elsewhere
I put a lot of time into researching mattresses and we finally settled on this one. I have back problems and my husband has neck problems. In spite of what most of the reviews said, so far, this has not helped our sleep or back and neck problems. We have had this bed for 2 weeks now and nothing has really changed for either of us. As a matter of fact, the first morning after sleeping on this, I could barely move, my back hurt so bad! Granted, my old mattress was really bad, so this one was a drastic change ( hence why I gave this 4 stars instead of 3) and my back and hips are getting a little better but nothing like the other reviews implied.

Smaller box holds big comfy Matt
This is a great mattress for the price. Very comfortable and much easier to set up than a traditional mattress, although it is very heavy.

Super comfy and perfect for our camp trailer
Bought the queen size for our 5th Wheel Camper and itรขยยs SO COMFY! No smell, easy to open and Iรขยยm sure it will continue to open(pic is only a few hours after opening). We will add a cover protector but the material is soft and appears durable. Such a great mattress for the price!!

This is a very nice quality mattress! I purchased 2 10in twins for a trundle bed. Once we opened them, they filled immediately. There was NO funny smell. Extremely comfortable. I will be buying one for our bed as well!
