Do not waste your money!
We purchased this product in July but only recently had a guest stay with us and use it. While our guest was using it, it leaked air and they would wake up periodically through the night having to refill the mattress. We searched for holes to try and patch them but found none. We then contacted âcustomer serviceâ if you can call it that. They first said to look for leaks and use the patch that came with the mattress, since there were no holes this was unhelpful. We then asked for a return and refund since it was a defective product but since we were outside the return window all they could do was a warranty replacement. They would only do this once we cut the power chord and sent them a picture of the cut chord and mattress in the photo, then we were told to dispose of the mattress ourselvesâ¦seems sketch to me. Again do not waste your money on this mattress and give this joke of a company another dime! Youâre better off finding a Murphy bed or a significantly cheaper air mattress.

Great little bed!
The mattress inflated and deflated like a charm, everything folded up and returned to the compartment perfectly. My only issue is with the edges of the bed has no support it feels as if you could slide off on to the floor. Otherwise, itâs great! Very comfortable!

The thickness is perfect the mattress is very comfortable. I purchased the full size is true to size. There was no leakage of air once inflated. It functions as advertised. Very happy with my purchase. It comes with pads on the legs to protect rugs and floors to keep the bed stable. Itâs like sleeping on an actual mattress. Would recommend for family and friends.

A month of sleeps and Iâm impressed!
I spent a month at my parentsâ place after they downsized and ordered this along with a memory foam topper to sleep on in their home office. Iâm incredibly impressed with how easy it was to inflate, deflate, and roll away.Overall, the most comfortable air mattress Iâve ever slept on. It didnât make a ton of noise as I moved around, and barely needed to reinflate after a few days like other air mattresses. Being off the ground also made a huge difference.Deflating and putting away was a breeze. The legs fold in as it deflates, making it super easy to push the legs together to store. I will say it does help to have another person there to help hold the sides together to zip the case back up, but that was likely more user error on my part.The one con Iâd offer is that the electric air pump is rather loud, but itâs quick enough and automatically shuts off when deflating!Canât speak fully to the durability yet, but Iâll be back there next month and will be happy enough to sleep on it again!

Leaking air
Received the item and it was amazing until I blew it up to have someone sleep in it and we started hearing air right away. There was a hole underneath where the metal frames and stuff connect to the bed. So I had to request a replacement and will be sending the original one back and I’m hoping that I don’t have the same problem with the replacement.

We used this once and after storing it and pulling it out again for a second use it deflated over night.After contacting customer support (the company) for the warranty, I explain we cannot see where the leak is coming from and they say they can’t do anything unless I send a photo of where the leak is. After emailing back questioning how to find the leak if it isn’t visible to the eye, they just haven’t responded for 2 weeks, likely becuase the warranty is up in a month. Awful customer serivce.
