Just the kind of mattress I needed â perfect level of firmness and the comfort. It was all fluffed up within 7 hours but I let it sit for 72 hours just for it to be fully formed. The mattress didnât disappoint.

Not what I expected!
Where do I start? I an frustrated, disappointed, unhappy with my mattress purchase. I ha e purchased a bed in a box previously for my spare room om Amazon an was very satisfied. So I didn’t hesitate to purchase. I guess I should have read more reviews.The thought of returning a mattress was far from my mind. Talk of hassle, thought I have no choice then to reach out. I gave my other bed to my daughter’s family.The mattress is the most uncomfortable mattress I have slept on. I can feel the internal spring. The mattress is more firm but that oart I do like. Though the mattress from the top to the internal springs is only about 3-4 inches maximum. The sides have no support. When sitting on the edge the sides just collapse and buckle out. This could be a safety issue. In addition the mattress is extremely heavy, estimating 75 pounds. I hauled my other mattress put to the garage but could gardly pull this one in to set up by myself. I did. It did immediately inflate and I placed it on the frame. It did have no odor, a bonus. Though it did have indents from filling for a couple days. My previous purchase was usable the sane night. Days of waiting did not change its ability to provide comfort and a good nights rest.I gave away my mattress topper with my previous mattress. Though it could possible help. I just did not plan on needing one. Sooo more money to make this work or deal with the thought of returning it. Just overall disappointed. Now what? Sleep deprived, my back truly aches. Two days and I have not been contacted by customer service. ???

The reviews are pretty mixed on this mattress but I’m certain me and my husband LOVE it!We bought this 3 months ago and have slept on it every night since, the mattress is decently firm, you don’t sink too far into it but it’s very comfortable. The springs aren’t loud, we don’t really notice eachother moving around at night and the corners are designed in a way that our sheets never seem to pop off the corners or anything (which was a big issue with our last mattress). The price of the mattress is unmatched, we ended up going for this one over our other top choice of a $1,800 mattress but this one is genuinely the exact same. It doesn’t hold heat, it’s easy to clean, it’s bouncy and lastly the smell leaves really quick. We love it and can’t recommend it enough.

I bought this for my parents who are in there mid 70âs, one wanted a firm mattress and the other medium. I didnât tell them what level of firmness it was and theyâve both commented on how comfortable it is. A good nights sleep for both and no complaints so far.
