Exactly what I wanted!
Very comfortable! I bought this for sleeping on the floor and it’s perfect. It is probably a bit thin for most, but my husband and I prefer a firm surface to sleep on. This gives just enough cushion for me to side sleep comfortably.

I experimented with one of those mail order mattresses and it sagged pretty quick. I started getting back pain so bad, I asked for an MRI. After ONE night, this mat made my back about 95% pain free, which is crazy good, and Iâm not even exagerating. Couldnât bend down to touch my toes even and now Iâm doing things all over the place with no problem. iâm so relieved. I put it on top of my mattress like a topper, put sheets over it. Stays cool and continues to give me good sleep. Itâs firm with some cushioning, which I like, I donât like a lot of âsinkingâ. Hope this review helps you if youâre thinking about it for back pain.
