Why did you pick this product vs others?:Needed a super comfy mattress for a Murphy bed at vacation home for guests. Came in a box so it was easy to put it in my truck & drive it 900 miles. Unpacks great. Mattress fluffed up really well. The guest’s that have slept on it report that it is very comfortable mattress. Firmness:This mattress had reviews saying it was firm. Didn’t want a soft sinking matress.

BED TURNED TO MUSH AND IS NON RETURNABLE. MONEY WASTED. HAD TO REPLACE FOR BACK PAIN
I bought two of these beds, one for myself, one for a guest room. The bed was alright for 6 months but was getting noticeably squishy. Then I started waking up with crippling back pain and having trouble sleeping. Through research I learned that if you wake up with back pain and it clears up through the day it’s most likely your bed. After a week to ten days of this pain I bought a new mattress. Within a day or two the back pain was gone.This bed might be ok for a child. I’m a senior citizen and it wreaked havoc with my back.The ninety day return had elapsed per amazon. Amazon asked why I didn’t return it in ninety days. I confirmed it was ok in the beginning. Sealy makes any return or compensation very difficult unless you have a big trough in the bed. The mattress looks ok still, a photo won’t show that it became squishy. Totally lacks firmness.I’m very disappointed and out for $1200.00 dollars. I thought that Sealy was a good manufacturer that would stand behind their product.Find a better bed. It was an expensive mistake.

Sleep great so far
This mattress is comfortable for me, as I am 220 pounds and 6 feet tall. Previously, I had a Sealy foam mattress that was 5 1/2 years old. I bought a new Sealy because I was moving, and it was a pain to transport.Although this mattress is described as plush, I wouldn’t classify it as plush; it’s more of a 6.5 out of 10. Plush doesn’t exist in any 3 out of 10 scale nor in any 10 out of 10 scale for firm; a 9 out of 10 is considered extra firm.Although if you were to push your fist into the mattress, it would feel plush, I considered this mattress medium, not medium soft. The foam pushes the body up, making it great for side sleepers. If you have never tried a foam mattress, you cannot compare it to the old metal springs; I’d recommend foam any day! Just not the cheap foam mattresses.
