Updated review, Great customer service!
I bought the mattress set in April and I did have an issue with the curbside delivery and I posted a negative review, however I did not contact the seller to try to resolve the issue. There was also a hole in the box spring, but I chose to not contact the seller because I thought it would be too much of a hassle to try to return the product. Since then the box spring broke, which was probably caused by the damage from the shipping process and the hole that was in it at the time of delivery. Since then I have been in contact with the seller and they have been VERY easy to deal with. They issued me a partial refund so that I could get a new box spring. Dealing with the seller was very easy and the whole problem was resolved in less than 72 hours.Now for the mattress, I really do enjoy it. It is comfortable and I find that I get a good nights sleep on it. I have a chronic pain condition and I have had 2 other mattresses in the past 1 1/2 years, this one has been the best. I also like that it is a 2 sided pillow top instead of a one sided pillow top. Should you start to get the dreaded mattress divet, you can just rotate and flip it and you are good to go. With the one sided pillow tops there isnt much you can do.Overall I re-rated this company with a 4 because of their excellent customer service and the ease of resolving the issue that arised. I would have rated them a 5, but the box spring did break however it may have been damaged in the shipping process. I do have to note that the company did state that if a mattress is damaged in shipping, contact them within 48 hours and a new one will be on it’s way! I wish I would have dealt directly with the company in the first place to resolve this issue. Once they were made aware of the problem they dealt with it quickly and easily.

TERRIBLE!!
Such a terrible deal. This is not an inexpensive price and it is totally uncomfortable within 6 months. The mattress creaks at every move and sags in the middle. Myself and my boyfriend are suffering from back pains and shoulder pains now. And the company will NOT take it back or honor the warranty. They say you need to go through the manufacturer who will only help if you bring the mattress to them IN BROOKLYN. Crazy. and TERRIBLE.

Excellent Mattress!
I could not be any happier with this mattress! I’ve been using it for about a week with no issues. It’s moderately firm as I hoped, if it’s too firm for you then just get a mattress cover.

Not as good as it looks
I have been sleeping on this mattress for two weeks. It is bouncy, hard, and creaks when you move. There is no support in the middle and it sags. Two people cannot sleep on this mattress! The picture shows a fluffy pillow top, but in reality it is very thin and does nothing to add to the comfort. I have put in for a refund. We will see how it goes.

Cheap price, even cheaper mattress….
I have had this mattress/boxspring set since August (8 months) and it already sags in the center and the springs are loud and overly bouncy.

Awful, awful, awful!!
I bought this mattress a few years ago and it has not held up well AT ALL! It sags, it creaks, and there are parts that can be felt underneath which are horribly uncomfortable.
