Perfect Hybrid Mattress – Works With Adjustable Base
Finally had some help moving this to the 2nd floor, unboxing and unwrapping to allow the mattress to fully expand. WOW, it is 12″, and moderately firm, no transfer of movement to a possible partner. This was placed on a guest room bed to replace a new, but extremely soft pillow top mattress, I needed a firmer mattress in that room.The base is an adjustable base, this mattress is working well with the adjustable base I have in that room, my recent guest was very complementary of this mattress. I have now used it now more than once just for the purposes of reviewing the mattress, yes it is a keeper. It does work very well with an adjustable base (Ergo Tempur Base), and does not sleep exceptionally hot. Well cushioned so that the springs are not evident and well-built. Great price point for a 12″ Queen sized hybrid mattress.

Dreamy Comfort, Unpack and Unwind

Balance of comfort and support for a great night’s sleep
This replaced an older memory foam mattress we bought about 6 years ago. This one was packaged well and I allowed it to come to full size overnight. No weird smells of note either. Fit my frame perfect and had a nice balance between support and comfort. It was firm enough that I didn’t have any neck or back pain after sleeping on it a few nights and was comfortable enough it felt much softer than my old mattress. Overall a very well made and balanced mattress.Â

Absolute trash
This has to be the WORST mattress I have ever owned! I let it inflate for 3 days before using it. The edges are all collapsed and I haven’t even had if a week. Sleep quality is also bad and it’s not durable at all. If you have back pain stay away.

Good support and cooler sleeping
The bed arrives tightly compressed and rolled in plastic like other bed-in-a-box mattresses. It comes with a cutter for the plastic wrap. Setup is a breeze. Just put it on the box spring or frame and cut it open. It does unroll with some force, so make sure you have plenty of room. Also, you’re not supposed to leave it in the package more than a couple of days. This is all pretty standard for a bed of this type.As others have noted, it does take a while to fully expand. The memory foam is the part I was most concerned with, but I do think this springs also take a little bit of time to fully expand. Giving them time to do so makes for a more comfortable first experience, and may prevent causing them to not expand fully.The memory foam top provides comfort without making me hot. I’m not a fan of very thick memory foam mattresses, because usually you sink in too far, and the foam retains your body heat. So far, this one seems to strike the right balance of comfort and support.I replaced a fully foam guest mattress with this hybrid, and I enjoy sleeping on this one much better. It provides better support, it’s cooler sleeping through the night, and the springs provide even stability across the bed.It’s a great value for the money. Your guests will never know they’re sleeping on a bed in a box.

Somewhat disappointing mattress.
I’ve been needing a new mattress for a while and was excited to try this one. However, I have to say that I am somewhat disappointed. The mattress is not thick enough and you can definitely feel the springs — although, that might be because I’m a bigger girl? Not quite sure, but I feel like that shouldn’t be happening.It fully expanded within a few hours of unboxing, so that’s a plus, and the medium-firm feel is quite comfortable. One of my favorite things about it is the motion isolation. The breathable fabric is also a nice touch.I’m not sure how long this mattress will last in my house, especially since I can already feel the springs… but I’ll give it some time and see. If all else fails, maybe my pets would like a new bed.

A week in, pretty good/standard hybrid mattress
This mattress arrived about a week ago as of this review (5/10/25). It did have a slight smell to it initially, but that dissipated within a day or so. We have a couple other hybrid mattresses purchased from Amazon of another brand, and this one is pretty darn similar in quality to them. The only reason I don’t give a full five stars is the edges seem a bit softer than they should be (or at least that I am used to). The price point for a queen also seems decent, but then again, I haven’t bought a queen in nearly 20 years.

Hybrid memory foam / spring mattress provides the perfect combination of softness and support.
We purchased a 12â memory foam mattress a couple of years ago and have been struggling to get a good night’s sleep ever since. Iâm a right-side sleeper and our 12â foam mattress makes my hip hurt enough to wake me up after just a couple of hours. We added a 2â memory foam topper and while that helped some I still woke up in pain after just 2-3 hours and our bed was getting so tall our dog could no longer jump into it. It was definitely time to try something different and this ingenious hybrid memory foam/spring design seemed like a great combination. This mattress ships tightly rolled up and vacuum packed in plastic, use caution when removing the plastic wrap as the mattress unrolls in a split second with enough force to knock you or something else over! We let the mattress set on the floor to fully expand for a couple of days as per the instructions before replacing our old mattress with it. This hybrid construction provides the perfect balance between a soft and thick memory foam top layer over a strong and supportive spring foundation providing the perfect balance between comfort and support. Last night was our first night sleeping on our new mattress and we both got the best nightâs sleep weâve had in years! Recommended!
