Unique mattress with two sides to choose from.
I like this mattress a lot. I wanted a mattress that was soft. More soft than firm. 90% of the mattresses that I was finding were firm. They always say medium firm implying that they aren’t considered 100% firm %. I returned 1 because even though it was labeled medium firm, it was way too hard.This 1 is great. It’s unique because 1 side is firm and the other is more soft. (Still not quite as soft as what I would like, but soft enough that I am happy with it) ðIf you want firm, you will be satisfied with the firm side.The mattress is well made. You would never know it arrived in a box. It took about a day to fully reach it’s size.It’s a great price and it offers great support.

Pleasantly surprised
I ordered this mattress hopeful but also thinking I might be disappointed. I am very pleasantly surprised with the quality for the price. I liked the idea of having a reversible mattress in case the soft was too soft or the firm was too firm. I have it on the soft side and it is very comfortable. Soft enough that you sink in a little but not so much that youâre not supported and wake up sore. It fully expanded in a few hours. It did have a bit of a plastic smell to it but that has gone away over the last day or two. Going from a 20 year old full sized bed to this has been a massive upgrade for my husband and I. I would definitely recommend this mattress.

Worst ever
We have given it 6 months hoping it would get better but we HATE these mattresses and itâs too much of a hassle to return . They are way too soft and you sink soooo bad . My baby always rolls into me every time I move cause it sinks so bad .material is way too silky too so the bottom slides around super easy. Not good for an adjustable bed either cause the crack in the middle is u supportive and you always sink into the crack. We have to put a pillow over the crack to keep our baby from falling in it and we definitely canât cuddle at all in this bed

Revised for excellent customer service
In my original review I discussed concerns after receiving a mattress with a slash in the top fabric (I did not use scissors or even the provided razor blade to open the vacuum seal – I just ripped it open with my hands) along with what looked to be fabric remnants of a paper manufacturing tag that was ripped off (there are no manufacturing tags on the whole mattress). After my review was processed the Joyride Sleep company promptly reached out to me and addressed all my concerns, and was very fair in rectifying the situation. For their kind and communicative customer service, I feel this product deserves 5 stars – if you have any issue, they will make it right! The last photo shows the mattress after less than 5 minutes of opening – it had already expanded to 95%. I left it alone for several days to ensure it expanded to its full capacity. Hoping to follow up this review in the future to speak more on the mattress comfort.

Would recommend!
Weâve been using it for a couple weeks and Iâm loving it so far. Iâm pregnant due in 2 weeks and have been in so much pain. This mattress has been amazing to sleep on and my husband agrees. It didnât take too long to reach full size and itâs very comfortable so far. My back feels better since using this mattress
