We love it
Been sleeping on it for over a year now and no issues. No slumping or creaking or nothing. Big enough for my 6’4″ husband.

Incredible Value
I became a Beautyrest fanboy 20 years ago. Iâve owned a handful of them over the years. When my last Beautyrest started sagging I started looking into hybrid bed in a box type beds like Purple and Casper. I ultimately purchased a Dreamcloud, it was their top of the line mattress at the time and it was close to $2K when I purchased it.The Dreamcloud was a serious disappointment. It was sagging within a month. Based on the reviews, Iâm not sure if I had a bad one or theyâre overpriced junk. Regardless, it was a complete fail and I overspent on something that didnât live up to the hype. After the Dreamcloud experience I swore I would never do the bed in a box thing again.Never say never.I recently found myself in a situation where I needed a bed and budget was important. I did a ton of researching, read a lot of reviews and decided to roll the dice on this mattress. I purchased the 12â Queen. As others have stated, the box is heavy. I was able to get it into the house and onto the bed myself but it is a heavy mattress and I would recommend having a helper. The mattress pops up fast once you open the plastic packaging. Mine was fully up within an hour but I let it decompress for 2 days before sleeping on it. The corners were fully up and everything was set after 2 days. This is a very comfortable mattress. This mattress is not as firm as I had hoped it would be initially but Iâve quickly realized it doesnât have to be very firm. The mattress provides a lot of support. I donât wake up stiff and I donât toss and turn while Iâm sleeping. I rest and I rest well. The edge support on this mattress is solid when it comes to the sides. The foot and head edge support are a bit disappointing but for the price of this mattress I am happily overlooking that issue.I like this mattress so much I just bought one for my mother and another for my son. This isnât a Beautyrest but itâs a lot better than my overpriced Dreamcloud and itâs a fraction of the price. You canât go wrong with this mattress. You wonât regret your purchase.

This review is for a Cal King size mattress.I want to start off by saying I wasn’t expecting a whole lot from this mattress simply based on price. Our old mattress was starting to cause us back problems though and this one had a lot of good reviews. Also it could be delivered in a short time window which we really needed. It arrived and we laid it out for 3 days (72 hours) to ‘fluff’ and air out as recommended. The usual chemical smells that come with the compressed packaging used faded after the first day and it was mostly returned to natural size about the same time but we waited for the full amount to be sure. When we finally got it on our bed we were delighted. Slept great for several nights in a row.The good continued for about a month after which the middle of the mattress had started to sag a bit. This is common with larger mattresses though it usually takes longer. At that point it wasn’t too bad needing only a thin pad to counter and we assumed it was stable. At least it seemed not to sag any more over the next couple of months. The return date approached and I didn’t think twice about it.Less than a month later I was wishing the return date hadn’t already passed. We have now slept on the mattress for less than 6 months and are getting the worst sleep we have ever had. We both wake up in pain often as pressure points in the mattress are impossible to avoid. Several times a night I’ll have to shift positions to ‘wake up’ an arm or leg and the minor hip problems I’d had on the old mattress are major ones on this one. The good sleep we had gotten on the mattress in the first month are a distant memory and we are searching once again for a replacement. In summary, this mattress may be fine in the smaller sizes and could work well on a guest bed where it isn’t used nightly. But if you are looking for a king or cal king mattress to sleep on regularly shop elsewhere. And don’t be fooled by the seemingly long return window. It isn’t long enough for the real problems to develop.
