Mattress Topper has improved our sleep
I normally don’t write reviews. However, this mattress topper has elevated our sleep experience. My husband and I love how cool it sleeps and the way it feels, especially since we are both side sleepers. Its organic latex construction provides just the right balance of softness and firmness. We went with the 3 inch topper and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!!!

Not suited for the morbidity obese
Very heavy; comfortable once you’re positioned; some difficulty being able to reposition. Might be because of my 245 pounds. No bad smell. Heat retention not valid for me to evaluate as of my cold nature. Used for 4 months as a mattress topper and was in great shape. Quit using it because it was too narrow for the new bed. As it was in such great condition, tried to give it away but no takers. Disposing of it was problematic.

Disappointed – mattress sagged after 2 years. causing back pains
Disappointed After 2 Years – Warranty is MisleadingI usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share this experience for potential buyers.When I purchased the Avocado Green mattress, the sales rep assured me it was the best on the market, with an exceptional warranty. Unfortunately, after just two years, the mattress began to sag significantly, making it uncomfortable to sleep on and causing back pain.I submitted a warranty claim, and while the representative was polite, my claim was denied. The reason? I was using a box spring that wasn’t on their approved list — something I was never informed about during the purchase. Even though the box spring was in great condition, they wouldn’t accept it.To make matters worse, I was told the mattress needs to sag at least 1.5 inches for the warranty to apply. Mine had already sagged 0.8 inches, which was enough to cause serious discomfort — but apparently not enough for a claim. So essentially, I’d need to continue sleeping in pain just to meet their threshold.In my opinion, a premium mattress like Avocado should last longer than two years without sagging. And the “great warranty” they promote turned out to be full of fine print and unreasonable conditions. I suggest looking into other options and reading their warranty policy carefully before committing to this brand.

I appreciate the opportunity to review this Avacado Organic Mattress Topper as I am in the market for a new mattress and Avocado has been on my list of possibilities. We have an aging Tempurpedic Cloud Luxe that has developed “body cavities” so that I feel like I’m sleeping in a valley and there is now a mountain between my wife and I. Sometimes I will have to call out “honey are you over there?” to know if she is still in bed or not. No but really, I have tried sleeping in the middle of the bed to try and flatten out the mattress but that hasn’t proved to work well nor do I want to continue trying.So when this 2″ mattress topper sample arrived I was curious as to what it would be like on an aged mattress. Well to both of our’s surprise it has almost totally fixed the body cavity issue. There is still a slight feeling of them, but not nearly as much. This topper which is a “medium” firmness is a little more firm than the Tempurpedic but it is now my prefered level of firmness as I have been getting very good sleep on it for the past 3 weeks. Our mattress protector and fitted sheets are “deep fitting” and they do work with the topper added. That is something you will want to make sure will work for your situation. The protector came rolled up in a rectangular box. It unrolled and lofted quickly. It had no smell to it and hasn’t caused my any sensitivity issues so far. It is actually much better than expected. All in all I’m very pleased with it and may procrastinate a little longer on getting a new mattress. I summary I would recommend this topper to my family and friends. I’m now an Avocado fan. 5 stars.
