Picky person – highly recommend. Firm.
So far I am excited about this bed. But I only recently got it and I will update if I change my mind.This mattress is to replace a Zinus I purchased in January (this is the end of June) and it was never comfortable. I finally just gave up and I am trying again.It came in a long heavy box. It does come with a little tool to help you get the plastic off and less-likely to damage the mattress. I used it. There are several layers of plastic around the initial roll. I was cutting one layer at a time. But when I decided to video, I didnât realize that I had two layers and it popped open sooner than I expected. I didnât get hurt, but I wasnât able to guide the unrolling, so it popped open upside down and pierced the last layer so it started inflating also.Maybe that was fine because I cut the plastic from the bottom using the same little cutter and flipped the mattress over. It never let off any smell that I noticed and it seemed that it was inflated in two minutes. I measured it after five minutes.I left for about ten minutes and came back into the room that had been closed and I could smell the faint smell of the new mattress, but an hour later I couldnât.The instructions say to let it sit for 48 – 72 hours and I left it alone for about 60 hours.I also let the previous one expand for a couple of days, but one side always felt low with a hump in the middle. I seam to be living The Princess and the Pea, so it might just be me.But this one is definitely form. Which is what I wanted. It is not too firm, but it does support me like I want a mattress to. I am excited about it and so far I can highly recommend it.

Great mattress for the price
We purchased this mattress for our guest room, but I have to say that it is well made and very comfortable. I find it to be firm yet has the perfect amount of âgiveâ so that your back gets the support it needs.About the set upâ¦unpacking and opening the plastic covering was easy and actually fun, but lugging the heavy box up a flight of stairs not so much for senior citizens like us.Very happy so far with this purchase.

Delivers on its promises
I was apprehensive buying a mattress online, but wow, I am very pleased!! This mattress has great support without feeling “stiff”. And it really does keep me cool while I sleep – in Vegas that’s so important! I highly recommend this mattress.

I really have no complaints with this mattress, it really is a great value and very comfortable, I will say it is on the firm side, so if you donât like a firm mattress this is not for you.

Comfortable
This is a very comfortable 14 inch hybrid mattress. It was delivered by FedEx by a driver who just dragged and dropped it. Wife and daughter carted it to the spare bedroom and let it expand foe three days before putting it on my adjustable frame. It seems we’ll made although the edge collapses a bit when sitting on it. It is easy to move around in and just soft enough to prevent pressure points. If it lasts a couple of years I’ll come back and raise the rating to a five. It seems to be good value for my money for now.

Loving it so far!
We have been using this for a few days at this point after allowing it to fully expand for about 3 days (just to be safe). It was very easy to open and really starts inflating quickly once packaging is broken, be careful when opening so it doesn’t unfold on you when it start inflating. So far, we are loving the mattress. It is firmer than we expected, which is fine for us since we prefer firm. It fits out king size frame perfectly and have not experience any issues with it thus far. Very happy with this purchase!

Surprised me
Wasnât sure what to expect from a bed in a box without feeling it first. Itâs surprisingly comfy. Not as plush as I wanted but itâs great. Iâve slept soundly since my first night.

Perfect mattress for people who have pain. Very comfortable. I have fibromyalgia and have constant pain in my back and shoulders and legs. Iâve been searching for a great mattress that wasnât just a memory foam. I love that this has both. I highly recommend it!
