The best I could find
As someone with a spinal cord injury, I value comfort above cooling any day. This means I want to my mattress to feel as close to it naturally does as it possibly can. Each layer you add to your bed alters that feel more than you would expect and mattress protectors are usually much thicker than sheets. Nice protectors can be really expensive and I was looking for something that cost less than $100 since I want multiple. I compared a few brands and found these to be the best!They are definitely thicker than a standard sheet but the box these came in were half the size of the boxes than other mattress protectors came in because this does NOT have the padded/absorbent top. Much thinner and closer to the natural feel of my mattress than any other I tried. There’s also no oplastic feel whatsoever, unlike many protectors on the market who still maintain at least a plastic adjacent feel.While I have absolutely no problems with this mattress protector others may find two small caveats. Firstly, since theres no padding it is not particularly absorbent. It is absolutely waterproof. To test it I put my hand under it and ran it under a faucet. It wasn’t even damp. The water, however, slid right off instead of absorbing. This is not a problem for me at all, however, if you are concerned about more than a mild spill or accident in may be an issue.Secondly, it’s not cooling like something like a tencel protector would be. Not that I find them hot or anything. I’m not a particularly hot sleeper though, and I can just keep a fan on if I am. People who sleep very hot may want something else.

This is a quality mattress protector. The organic cotton is not crinkly and it has no funny odor. It fit my mattress perfectly. I can sleep comfortably knowing I am not sleeping on phthalates or PVC. Highly recommended.

I got two for my toddler. She has had a handful of accidents in the night and these held up really well. The mattress didnât get wet at all. They didnât stain or smell after washing and have no odor when I first received them. You canât even tell itâs on under the sheets.

Protective Comfort
This mattress cover is of excellent quality. I have an adjustable bed and worried about lasting wrinkles in the cover. It does wrinkle as any cover would when you raise the bed. It straightens right out however, when the bed is lowered. I have been very happy with this purchase!

This thing is a life saver!!! My brand new mattress is still brand new because of this!! Love that there is no plastic! & it is very water proof! (No liquid goes through) my child had Lots of accidents in the bed and we washed this more than 10 times and itâs still durable as other brands I have used in the past have already weakened and pee would go right through the fabric. Very happy with this purchase!!!!

Just what I needed
This is like a thin canvas. I cannot hear movement as others have mentioned. Iit fits my extra thick mattress 19â very well. I donât believe it would be effective if an unprotected accident happened no (diaper)and was left for an extended period of time. But for my purposes for basic protection from sweat or a diaper leak when grandkids visited it held up perfectly!!

Really love this company
As soon as I opened the box, I could tell this product is made from high quality materials. The cotton is very soft and durable. I would say it has a medium weight to it. The thing I love most is that the waterproof backing does not have the “sticky” or “plastic bag” feel to it. I’m not sure what material makes it waterproof but I’ve never liked the ones that have the polyester backing to them. I have a Purple brand mattress and bought the Purple brand mattress protector, which was awful. Good money was wasted on it. After about 3 months’ use, the backing literally became stuck/glued to the mattress and left a nasty wax film that I’ve steam cleaned multiple times and still can’t get out. That’s why I love the Bioweaves protector… it isn’t made of the cheap plastic-like backing. I have other bedding products of theirs as well and would highly recommend them! The price is worth the quality.
