firm, supportive, way better than expected
i really did not expect much from this mattress at allso believe me when i say this – this mattress is ridiculously comfortablei imagine it’ll break down on me sooner rather than later, but for the price, I’m happy if i get a year out of itit’s the perfect amount of firm, has a little give but easy more supportive than i thought it’d bei am impressed, that’s all there is to say. i sleep great on this thing

Hard, but seems sturdy
I had a cheap matress for years, the kind that take the shape of your body as the springs wear out under your favorite spot. I am not sure what was causing my headaches but really wanted to go firmer than I ever did before to slow the development of a body outline after I get out of it. I am not sure if this will deliver after a year or more but the first month has seemed to deliver a better night sleep on average than my previous junk bed, and the headaches have cleared up. I can’t confirm the bed is responsible but I do believe my posture is much healthier throughout the night.I weigh 220 lbs give or take(take please) and with the 10in thick model it is super firm.For those who care about aesthetics(I don’t because it is always hidden under fitted sheets) I would say it is much better looking than any of the Ollie’s bargain mattresses I ever owned before or the cheap spring only ones I grew up with.It inflated and unrolled very easily and was quite enjoyable watching it do so! They recommend letting the springs and components as it is a hybrid bed, have 2 days to fully recover from the long compressed journey they had on the way to your home. I gave mine 24 hours as my measurements showed no noticeable change in size from the first hour to the same hour 24 hours later. I doubt that having done so would have made it softer, but please comment if you know otherwise or have any insight into how I could have compromised the quality of it by being impatient. Comfortable and Easy to Set Up
Super comfortable. Easy to inflate with very little off gassing. Medium-Firm feel, nice 2-tone design (though it will rarely be seen under the fitted sheet), seems to be a full 10 inches after about a day to expand.Using for a kidâs bedroom, he loves it already. Very good for jumping, apparently.

Amazed at every point
We bought this mattress for my 99 yo mother-in-law and I was a little worried how it would turn out. But I have been surprised with every turn. Starting with the relatively compact box it came in and wondered how it would become a full size mattress. But sure enough using the little tool that come with it to remove the plastic it spontaneously unfolded and expanded into the proper size. But I thought how comfortable can this shrink wrapped sausage roll transform into a comfortable mattress and yet it did! So much so my MIL loves it and said she didn’t need the pillow comfort top extra padding she had with her previous mattress. And it has maintained it firmness since being unwrapped. Amazing.

BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY. ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.If I could give zero stars I would. This was my 4th mattress I have ordered from Coolvie with no issues. The first three were all on guest beds that will be seldom used. But they all appear normal.For whatever reason I was either sent the wrong mattress or this one is defective. What is supposed to be a 12 inch mattress is a 9 1/2 mattress. Which sinks to a five inch mattress as soon as you lay on it.I have attempted to reach out to Coolvie through their website contact form, direct email and get no reply. Research says there customer support phone number is inactive.Find a local mattress store and buy from them so you will have local customer service. Better than being stuck with a worthless product.6.25.2025. Was offered a refund by the company, which I accepted, but have yet to see a dime.
