Drive Medical Ortho-Coil Super-Firm Support Innerspring Mattress, 80″

Totally Mis-Labeled Firmness Rating tricked me into buying.
I needed a new hospital mattress and I wanted a really good one so I read every review on Amazon and chose this better one because I wanted one that will last awhile. One of the most common things said in the reviews is that they came with damage or tears in shipping bags and boxes.I received my mattress today and the box and bag the mattress was in showed no damage but when I opened bag the mattress had many small puncture holes on one side of the mattress.Amazon could not have known about this damage as it was done by the manufacturer before packaging. I have decided to keep the mattress as I needed one ASAP but since this seems to be a common problem I think I will buy this item locally in the future.EDIT 4-19-2019i ordered this mattress after a entry level Drive mattress wore out after less then a year. I was happy with the old mattress until the intersprings got to weak to support my weight. The new OrthoCoil mattress was rated to handle my weight plus 75lbs and had the highest firmness rating of any Interspring mattress I could find.The truth is that my friend could compress this 6″ mattress to 1″ with ease. I slept on the new mattress for 3 nights before giving up and putting my old matters back on the bed. The new mattress was so weak that when I sat on it I completely sank into the bed where I was sitting on the bed’s foundation. I would guess this ortho coil super firm to be less then 15% of the firmness of the stock Drive mattress that came with my new bed, and only suitable for a very small child.
