I have heard about such grounding sheets many times. I am glad that I decided to try them. As a pregnant mother, I have had a hard time sleeping in recent months. I have tried this Earth Grounding fitted sheet for several weeks now and I am very pleased. My sleep has become better. I have started to fall asleep faster. I wake up easily. Really excellent sheets
I have some joint discomfort and I honestly feel like the inflammation has gone down a bit. Maybe itâs placebo, but Iâll take it! I also love that itâs made with organic cotton and a touch of silkâit has that smooth, cool feel when you first lie down. Setup was easy too; just plug in the cord and youâre good to go.

My wife made me buy this. I wasnât exactly convinced, but I went along with itâand honestly, I donât regret it at all. Was skeptical about the whole “Grounding” scheme. I have had sciatica issues for months and have done the physio and osteopathic treatments to little improvement. After one week of sleeping on this sheet there was a noticeable decrease in my pain level. My ostiopath questioned me as to “What are you doing different?” As he was able to work my muscle tissue much harder than normal. VALIDATION that I wasn’t crazy! I’m a full 2 weeks in and my back and leg pain are at an 80% improvement. Definitely recommend!

I don’t feel like I’ve slept properly since before the covid fiasco.From the first night a started sleeping heavier.I’ve been sleeping on it for about 4 weeks now and I’m sleeping in late often.I feel like I’ve actually slept and it’s really nice.My gf has Ms.When she stays over her left leg is coming out in various bruises.She thinks it might have something to do with the grounded sheet, although her balance is slightly improved.She feel no pain at the bruise areas.So I really don’t know, but I thought I’d mention it it out of honest.My only complaint would be that I ordered a king-size for UK delivery and as absolutely massive.I don’t know if it’s an American size issue, but I feel like I could wrap a double decker bus with it.But I’m well happy so far.

The product its self is a nice quality sheet, but as for the grounding aspect I have been using it for almost 3 weeks and have seen no change in my quality of sleep, capabilityâsto fall asleep quickly, carrying an electric charge, no changes in circulation. Was already sceptical of grounding sheets read reviews and did research before pick this company. Iâm disappointed because itâs not working for me, maybe it works for some people.
