Being latex I thought it wasnât supposed to crush/sag, it DOES, itâs a lot of money for such poor performance, I only gave it 1 star for this reason.

Not happy…bad chemical and rubber odors
I got the 2 inch thickness in Full XL size.1. The item arrived without any documentation, label, or any info. I called the supplier for customer service, but there was a language problem, and the person was not friendly at all.2. The cardboard shipping box and the pad had a very strong chemical odor that I was having a mild allergic reaction to. I also detected the odor of rubber from the topper.3. The ad on Amazon showed zones of firmness, but It was the same firmness everywhere.4. It did add a nice softness and support, and the cover was ok.Thankfully, Amazon’s return policy gives confidence in on-line purchases, when problems like this occur.

Iâm a latex mattress snob lol and this is top tier
If I could give a million stars I would. I consider myself an expert when it comes to latex foam. I have a 5 person household and 3 of us have latex mattresses from another company. These Iâve had for years. When it came time for me to buy my youngest child a mattress for her loft bed I was unable to get in contact with the company I usually buy from. Naturally I began to navigate the endless waters of the internet on a journey for a mattress . After 20+ hours of searching and researching , I found this company on Amazon! Iâm so thankful I did. I needed a low profile firm mattress (latex of course) and just when I was ready to purchase multiple toppers to create my own make shift mattress, I found this 4 inch topper. Now letâs talk about quality and comfortâ¦Quality is top notch. Fresh latex NOT dry and crumbling. It comes in a thick sheet like cover that does not appear to be removable.A generous 4 inches in height. Excellent firmness while still somehow feeling comfortable and cozy. Not hard but supportive. Iâm using as a loft/bunk bed mattress. I laid on it and could not feel the wood slats underneath. This is a high quality product. There is a natural latex smell that is slightly sweet syrupy rubbery if that makes sense. This odor will eventually dissipate over 1-2 days. I highly recommend this topper . Donât look any further.

Supportive, no smell, improvemes sleep quality
UPDATE:I have been using this topper for a couple of months now and, unfortunately, it has already began to sink and collapse. There is a dip in the topper that doesn’t expand back out. Too bad, this was so nice at first! I will leave my original review below, but I have removed three stars from my rating (from 5 to 2).ORIGINAL REVIEW:I bought the 4″ firm topper and am pleased with it. It is firm, which is perfect for my needs as a person the heavier side. I had been having severe hip pain after decades of abuse playing sports. This eliminated the pain on my right side and decreased it on my left side by at least 75%.Quality seems to be good so far, but I will update the more I use it. After a week a use I’m very happy with my purchase so far.There was absolutely no off gassing or smell, I was pleasantly surprised!
