I am a little bummed out that it did not rise to its 12â. 9.5â at most. Overall, itâs true to its size (80âx60â) queen mattress.- very comfortable- mine came a little firm than soft but itâs really not a big issue. just provides more support for the body-the cover it comes with is very nice and cool! Very breathable and soft.-It unfolded very quickly! within less than an hour, it had already made huge progress in expandingTaking it out the box was super easy. Once laid flat, it started to expand, very easy to control and move around.It doesnât make noises when i move around. Itâs very sturdy and soft. I am satisfied, but a little upset that it was not a 12 inch mattress as I requested.overall, the value you get from this purchase, its well worth the price.

It takes a few hours to be fully set but itâs well worth it.
Got this for my son, he just turned 3. itâs a great transition from a toddler bed to a big kid bed. And itâs comfy!! infact itâs so comfortable I have a hard time not falling asleep when I go in there to tuck him in at night. Itâs firm but squishy. Itâs the perfect amount of firm in my opinion.

Customer service response was good. I enquired about the fire protection layer and I was advised the structure itself provides fire protection, there are no chemical fire retardants used. That, I was glad of.Delivery was good – early. I was expecting June 23, came June 18 via Fedex.Well packaged, 2 twin XL mattresses, each in their own big box.Unpackaging. As soon as you remove all four strips the tape the mattress starts to unravel, slowly, not dramatically.Weight. I am giving it 3 stars for now, bearing in mind I just got it, because the product description on amazon said 78lb. Weight of a mattress can be indicative of the quality of the materials used. Each twin XL mattress is actuslly 52.7lb as labelled on the outside box I received. So the description is misleading. I decided to open the label regardless because at least this twin XL is heavier than 50lb – many other comparable and more expensive brands weigh around the same, or less.Mattress now open and will not sleep on it for 3 days, to ventilate it and hopefully the springs will spring up! That whole spring layer is looking flat, crinkled, not expanding to fit the cover yet.This mattress leaves me wondering if I should have got a box bring.The product description says firm.It feels medium, but let’s see, I just opened it.Smell – mattress smells clean/neutral, no major foam smell. Having had a completely foam DIY mattress before, this mattress is pleasant. I have allergies so my sense of smell is really really strong, I can smell a fart a mile away, and so far this mattress is neutral enough. I’m just really hoping the mattress is indeed cert pur and won’t release excessive VOCs in future, fingers crossed.So, I shortlisted this twin XL because it said cert pur. Customer service verified it. I needed two XL twins. The price was incredible per mattress $108 down from $160 per twin XL compared to other mattresses around $240. I couldn’t find firm anywhere except this one.I did find another extra firm mattress but that had bad reviews, whereas this mattress had, I guess , a lot less reviews, but not bad reviews.Now I’m thinking maybe firm simply doesn’t exist.I got this mattress because it said firm, but right now it is not, but I will see in 3 days.Would have I purchased another brand, since this mattress feels medium today? I’ll review and report back in a week or month.Waiting for the mattress to expand. Right now the sides are crinkled. Aren’t springs meant to just spring up?They need to change the weight in the product description to 52lb.Noise – no spring noise which is good, silent really.Mattress size is as described. I like the width, together these twins total 39 + 39 = 78. The length – my bed frame is a little long so going to have to find some decorative pillows or something.I’m glad these look like the pictures.
