Horrible quality, Worst Customer Service & No Return policy
I have yet to sleep on this mattress. I took it out of the packaging as soon as it was delivered and this 10â mattress is still at 9 inches after 4 days. Immediately disappointed.Update: almost 2 weeks later and I finally decided to at least sit on the mattress. The bed never expanded any further and the corners sag to the point that if you sit on it, it collapses all the way down to the base of my bed frame. Seller didnât even bother to respond when I reached out with my concern. This product is inferior and the seller didnât reach out at all. I will never do business with this company again. Customer service is everything! Even if I couldnât return the mattress some type of compensation should have been provided. Only do business with this company if want to feel insignificant and unappreciated!!!

A very firm mattress
It is nice and bouncy, but needs some additional padding on the top. It is great to sit on, offering support to the sitter. It is not easy to bend, so is difficult to make up. The firmness is A plus, but a more heavily quilted top would make it much better. The price was excellent, and the XL twin sizing is a real winner.
