Quality was better than expected
I had horrible back pain when I ordered the new mattress and this mattress came very fast! My old mattress smelled and was sagging. The quality of this mattress is amazing! The expansion rate is beyond fast and has helped with my back pain immediately and the smell is amazing and there is no more sagging!

Itâs a great bed for a great price the firmness and quality is amazing itâs very comfy with a lil bit of memory foam for the best sleep quality itâs amazing would definitely recommend and itâs very easy to clean if you spill something on it just hot water and a rag with a lil bit of soap!!

Sleeping well for a bargain price
Let me start by saying this did âinflateâ as it should have. I didnât notice a smell (which can happen with these vac-packed items). Itâs being used by someone that weighs about 180 pounds and does not have a box spring (platform bed, so no âneedâ). Despite that, they have said theyâve been sleeping well on it.For the price, it really canât be beat. Iâve paid 10 times this (more probably) for a mattress that isnât as comfortable. And frankly, for the price, if it lasted 2 years Iâd be thrilled, but I donât see why it wonât last much longer!

Delivery was not good
The product product is beautiful and very very comfortable. I gave it 4 stars mostly because the delivery was not going. I couldn’t believe the way they just threw my box in front of my door. I knew they were not going to post any pictures of the delivery on my account.

* Update after purchasing a 2nd bed queen size Medium – Firm. I felt my first bed a plush full was to soft. I decided to take advantage of the 100 day guarantee. Sent a message to seller they offered a $100 credit, i felt that was fair, as returning the bed (like how do u do that) would be hard. I recieved my refund adjustment of $100 next time bed goes on sale will purchase another bed from same vendor in the Mediun Firm. .***let me be clear we like both beds I just bought the wrong firmness as I had no experience with non-traditional mattress.1st use a hand truck/dolly to lift and move mattress while in it’s box. I placed mine in extra room with no air conditioning a warm room will help expanding the bed, wait at least 24hrs mine took 30hrs to reach full 12 inches 2nd Find the Cutting Tool. This made cutting away the plastic wrap so easy and risk free of damaging mattress. Be ready this thing shoots out of the wrapping quickly as I cut mine as a roll thing sprang out fast. 3rd read the 2 booklets following directions. I noticed after placing my bed on its platform the edge support seemed better than when it was on the floor. I used a Bedsure quilted topper and Zinus cooling 1.5 inch memory foam . Inside pleased with this bed after 5 days that today we ordered the Medium Queen for my husband’s room. Mine is the full size plush I like a softer bed. I did purchase the insurance trust me it’s worth it. I will update my review in 30 days. I did not notice any strong odors, it appears to me well built, well packaged. I read most of the reviews, watched videos here and on YouTube. The price is very good. Today is May 26,2024 and still thrilled with my purchase I removed memory foam topper leaving only a thin quilted cover my bed is now very comfortable.
