Fantastic mattress if you know what you are getting yourself into!
I got the 4 inch and couldnât be happier, right now I have it on top of my old mattress till I get a bed frame. Iâd recommend this if you like firm mattresses. Throw a body pillow on the floor over a thick folded comforter because itâs a similar experience except this mattress is a little softer than that. Itâs supportive and just soft enough that it honestly feels like you are floating when you lay on it, at least to me it does. It has a slight chemical smell but a day or two out in the sun gets rid of it. Also! Itâs so easy to change sheets on this thing! I could spend twice the money and not get this good of comfort.

weird chemical odor
First, it was lost and it took longer to arrive. The plastic packing had tore in a few places during shipping so it arrived with a few black spots. It is firm, but the odor from it even after a week it is still strong. I had expected it to be treated with boron as a fire-retardant, but am not sure if that what boron smells like or if it has been treated with chemical synthetic fire retardant. I am disappointed about the smell because I have a strong reaction to anything synthetic and that’s why I was looking for a cotton futon. For that matter I didn’t give it 4 stars.

Fantastic comfort, durability, and value
I love this mattress.It’s my second one. The first lasted 10 years before getting too compressed to sleep on. Getting this new one has made me very happy.It is extremely firm and holds up well. The innards aren’t as pretty as the pictures show you. I tore up my last one just to see what it was like. The cotton is clearly scrap cotton in all shapes, sizes, and colors. If you get the one with the foam in the middle, the foam is just a thin slice of very lightweight foam. So their advertising is a bit misleading, but the end product is good.And about the funky smell: yeah, it smells like army canvas. But the scent goes away in time.

Assured it was lost in shipping I gave up. I made other arrangement for sleep. It is now my second Gold Bond matrices. You don’t want to know what I have gone through, but it arrived today. It is perfect. The scent others complain about in nonsense. Most everything manufactured has a sent. Arrived is good shape. If you have pressure points as I do you will be happy you bought a 4″ and not a 3″. I wasn’t asked to review this product I just wish to assure others who buy U.S. products Unbeatable Sales in the end followed through.

Comfortable, all-cotton, fluffy
I put this on top of my old foam mattress, which trapped heat and was far too hot in Arizona summer. This is perfect! Now I have the cool comfort of a cotton mattress but underneath my old foam mattress gives some springiness. Love this 100 percent cotton futon. This is the softest and fluffiest I have ever found!

Worst mattress !
The mattress is soft and not firm as specified in product description. It smells weird. Also the product is non-returnable. On product description it says eligible for return but when you actually return seller refuses to return showing their seller profile page.
