GREAT BED
My wife and I couldnât believe that the only reviews on this bed was for the 12 inch..For an extra 60 dollars you can get the 16 inch..First off it was packed beautifully and anybody who reads a bad review about the smell well thatâs plastic wrapped up after we opened it we left our bedroom window open for the 48 hours you need to let sit before you sleep on it and put a fan on high. It was so easy to open but very heavy to get up stairs im an ex mason tender so easy for me but i suggest getting some help but it opened so easy out of the box onto our boxspring..For the price and comfort it was well worth sleeping on the couch for a few days because we love it and it is so comfy..Anybody reading bad reviews also I called customer service to ask what was up and they were 5 star helpful..The lady explained it was the holidays and sometimes things take longer to get shipped so what Im trying to convey in this review is they are a great company and I got treated well and we are very happy with the whole process.

16 inch matrrss is really 14 Inches
I let the 16-inch mattress sit unused for 1-week, the thickness was actually 14 inches.Anyway, it’s still comfy and firm, so still a good value.

Iâm not one to write reviews, especially to complain but Iâm highly disappointed with the seller. I think the mattress could be good, especially for the price however, I bought it in Dec 2018, I gave it 3 whole days to decompress before sleeping on it, it felt pretty ok for the first couple of nights but itâs been downhill from there! Thereâs no support, itâs too soft and you HAVE to sleep right in the middle of the bed so you wonât fall of the bed since the edges collapse. And since Iâm married and sleep with my husband thatâs hard to accomplish. Making it restless nights. The seller has approved a refund BUT, I guess if I can put this KING mattress back in a box to ship it. They give you absolutely no support/ideas/suggestions or ways on how to do this. Itâs absolu ridiculous knowing this is a bed in a box purchase. Iâm waiting to hear back from Amazon to see IF we can find a resolution. Otherwise, Iâll be stuck having to throw it out, perhaps donate and out of my money for something that doesnât work.

Worth the money – One of my best buys on Amazon!
I ALMOST went with my usual department stores – JCPenney or Macys – and then decided to take a leap of faith and buy a bed in a box – only because of Amazon’s easy return policies. I just remodeled my entire house and my master bedroom was the last project (and so am low in renovation funds). I hesitated as there were ZERO reviews on this 16in KING and so didn’t have any references to rely on other than for the smaller sizes. Well, it’s been 1 week now and we all love how the bed just envelops your body (the first morning I didn’t want to get out of bed). It is true that if sitting on the edge, it does feel as if you will slip off, but other than than it did fluff up nicely and measures up to any of the mattresses found in the furniture stores. So, if you are asking if I would recommend it – that would be a resounding “Yes”.

Completely amazed at the Quality!!!
I have to say I would never normally buy a matress online, but when I saw the great reviews on the 12 inch version of this matress I decided why not order the 16 inch and try it out. Itâs the Best Buy Iâve ever made on Amazon!!! It did have a slight smell when I first received it but after it aired out a few days it was fine. A friend of mine loved my bed so much she ordered the exact same one!

What kind of mattress are you getting
Shipping was timely and efficient. Mattress was clean and well packed. However it is as hard as a rock. I purchased a plush model I received a firm model. There is no way to return it so I just got to eat it. Beware

It was perfect until I was pregnant
Great bed when first bought never had any problems. My husband and I weigh less than 145lbs. and never compressed! Smelled fine after letting it sit for 48hrs. Affordable for organic! When I was pregnant, I went up to 180lbs and it broke down the bed. It kills my back now… but I believe it’s still good. I’d buy it again(:

Where do I start?!?! First off the picture is nothing like the mattress you get. The one you get has gray around it and no handles and the top is nothing as pictured. The mattress measures no where close to 16 inches, more like 12. Also donât sit on the edges or it will compress and throw you off, which means you must sleep in center of bed and sleep extremely close to your partner if sharing the bed. Also material is not the best or constructed very well. Itâs definitely a cheap mattress you can buy at a store and have less hassle getting it in place. Good luck getting a response from customer service if you message them. Such a hassle to return so guess Iâm out money and need to buy a new mattress. I slept on it a few nights and needed to put my foam mattress topper from old bed on to be comfortable.
