It’s soft and comfortable
I love this mattress. I know firm beds are recommend for most people, but I need a soft bed. This one is very comfortable, my back and hip pain has disappeared since I’ve started sleeping on it. I have a disability and I was able to get it out of the box and onto the bed by myself. It inflated immediately after removing the wrapping. I gave it about 30 hours before sleeping on it. No smells, which was very important to me since I am sensitive to almost everything now. I recommend to those who prefer soft, and I would purchase this mattress again.

Great mattress
Love it so far! I’m a big guy, and two of my Great Danes are also laying on this nightly. The mattress is comfortable, and as a side sleeper exactly what I needed!

Disappointed
I wanted to love this plush mattress but sadly I did not. Itâs not as described. The mattress feel like a soft sponge, Iâve had plush hybrid mattresses in the past and this is not the same. It feelings like there are no springs for support, and there are no edges, I slide off the bed when sitting. 0 out of 10 would not recommend this mattress at all.

Is not 12â (Changed my review due to seller helping with order)
Mattress does not set up to the full 12 inches at all. Itâs not very comfortable. I messaged the seller and they said wait a month for it to inflate to the full 12 inches. And it still is not at 12 inches***The customer service is outstanding!!! The seller is very responsive and has worked with us on fixing the issues. I would give them a higher score for their customer service if I could. Issues have been resolved!! Great company!! I am very happy with the results!! A+++ service!!!

the only pro is that at LEAST its still comfortable for us but this mattress is NOT AT ALL what we were hoping for. my top rule for buying off amazon is to look at bad reviews, listen to what the pictures and descriptions say and NEVER trust the title but unfortunately i tried to trust the title. this mattress is NOT firm, it IS soft like the pictures say. it sinks A LOT. the queen size is also not the correct size. it is slightly wider, enough to be annoying in every way. my queen sized sheets dont fit properly on this and it sits awkwardly on top of my old mattress. i would return this if it were more convenient to do so.

Solid strong mattress.. soft to touch . But kinda more on the firm side. The company reached out to me and really cared about my opinion. I valued that more than anything. Their customer service was outstanding!!! I am for-sure recommending them for future purchases!!
