Game Changer for my health
I have been sleeping on this ( with a tatami mat underneath) for one month. I decided to write this review because it vastly exceeded my expectations. Every morning I woke up with back pain when sleeping on my memory foam mattress. But I also had hip pain, leg numbness, and just generalized chronic pain too. I was starting to gain weight also because I was just in so much pain. I wrote that off as getting older (age 58). I also didn’t get restful sleep…sleeping was “boring” bc I was never quite asleep . I started doing yoga before bed..and my back would feel better, only to hurt again after sleeping on the mattress. Ok…that’s the back ground story.I threw the mattress away one morning because I didn’t want to change my mind. I ordered this.Suddenly I was sleeping so deeply and comfortably that it was hard to wake up when my alarm went off. And not only did my back pain stop immediately, within a week all of my chronic pain disappeared as well. I am now starting to run again, and exercise. I feel so much better . The mat is so comfortable.It is a lot harder to get off the floor to wake up or use the restroom, but I have gotten used to it, and usually take each opportunity to stretch out my back before I stand up.So I’m just putting this out there in case this matt can help someone else who was suffering from chronic pain. I guess if the spine isn’t happy, the rest of the body isn’t happy.This matt improved my life substantially.

Perfect matching futon for tatami mat
*3 Month Update*Iâve used this daily for the past three months since I purchased it and itâs been great. Still nice and soft and very comfortable to sleep on. Itâs been working great on my tatami mat and even though Iâm heavy at 250lb it hasnât deformed or left an impression in the middle of it.â-Recently switched to the traditional Eastern style of sleeping on the floor and purchased a tatami mat. Iâve been sleeping on it for a few weeks and itâs been generally good. But Iâm usually a side sleeper and the tatami itself was a bit too hard when laying on my side.Placing this futon on top of my tatami mat has been the perfect match. I like my bed firm and this futon has the perfect thickness where itâs firm enough but still soft and comfortable at the same time. It lightweight and the overall quality and construction is very solid.I saw a review (video) on here complain about a bump along the middle of the futon. Mine had it too but you know what? You just flip it over and use the other side which is perfectly fine. The futon seems a bit thin at first but it actually has good support to it. Even as a heavier guy at 250lbs, this futon is super comfortable. Highly recommended.

Comfortable and space saver
I bought 2 of this bed for me and my son because we live in a small 1975 ish apartment and bedrooms are small and we need more space. What I can say is that this futons are really confortable, regular price tag is a bit too much for me but waited for it to go on sale and it’s nice and just perfect thickness for us. Though I would say you need to have a cover to keep clean and make sure your floor where you lay it is clean. Perfect for apartments and small spaces.

Great purchase so far!
I bought this futon to use as a topper for my Ikea Friheten sleeper sofa. I use it as a permanent sleeping arrangement and, due to the gaps and stiffness, it’s not comfortable on it’s own. I previously used a 3 inch memory foam topper but it completely ripped in half! I was looking for something more durable and less soft than memory foam and after doing lots of research I found this futon.The futon seems a bit thin when you first take it out of the vacuum pack, but after allowing it to sit for 24 hours it got a lot thicker. It’s firmer and provides more support than my previous memory foam topper, which has done wonders for my back and neck. It also fits my sofa perfectly, being the same measurements as a full XL mattress which are incredibly difficult to find toppers for.I’ve been using this futon for just over a month and it has met all my expectations. It’s comfortable, supportive and provides a better sleeping surface than my sofa alone.

El futón está bien. Se siente de buena calidad y es suave. Solo decir que el futón viene comprimido al vacÃo y con una bolsa, se supone, para poder almacenarlo al vacÃo también.Sin embargo, la bolsa es demasiado pequeña y es inservible para guardar el futón allÃ.

Second purchase
I’ve made my first purchase a few months ago. I chose this product over other competing products and was sooo satisfied. That’s why I’ve ordered another one. I like the fact that the outer material is 100% cotton. It is thick and fluffy, so it is very comfortable. I put one on my daughter’s bunk bed and it fits well. It is lighter than a regular mattress, so it is easy to put on. My daughter is also satisfied. If I need to buy another one, I will buy this one again without hesitation.

Solid, Affordable Futon Mattress
Looks like some people use it as a floor mattress, and I can’t speak to any experiences there, but as a futon mattress, I’m totally happy with it. I worried it’d be too thin, and yeah, I can feel the frame through the mattress, but not to a point of discomfort. Still, I worried it might screw up my joints or something, but after two months of use, I’m feeling A-okay–and that’s coming from a warehouse worker. If I don’t get a comfortable night’s sleep, I notice the day after.
