So nice I bought it twice
I can’t speak to pain relief since neither my daughter or son have issues. However, they are both runners and side sleepers. My daughter’s mattress arrived first- she was so happy with how quickly it expanded and slept on it the first night. She said it was the best sleep in a long time. I ordered one for my son and for some reason it didn’t expand as quickly and did not sleep on it until the second night. In the end- same mattress but one took a little longer to fully expand. I chose the Kin by Tuft & Needle because of their reputation of no fiberglass, just layers of quality foam and standing by their products.

The big selling point with this was we could return it if my mom didn’t like it! She has 100 days to try it out. We purchased for her new studio at an assisted living facility.

Amazing firm mattress!
Honestly better than I expected. The mattress itself was easy to setup. I was surprised on how comfortable it was since it was my first all foam mattress. No smell, and no fiber glass which is a plus.I’ll keep this post updated as time goes by to talk about the durability and reliability.

Mattress is great beware of ordering from Amazon
I love the mattress however would never order from Amazon again. I ordered twice with mattress delivery and haul away old mattress. First time they did not show and mo response to follow up. Second time they showed however decided to come outside of scheduled delivery. They said they would come back at scheduled time never did. So third time I ordered without the haul away and had to have another company pick up my old mattress. Probably better just to order from tuff and needle site.

Very hot, not supportive enough
I ordered a T&N mattress because my parents have one from ten years ago that I absolutely love. This is NOTHING LIKE the original T&N quality! Completely different company, completely different design and quality. The name no longer means what it used to mean.It looks fine, and my guest, who slept on it for three days, said it was comfortable, despite running a bit hot.So this may just be me, but I could not get comfortable on it, and I’ve slept on all kinds of mattresses in my life (including a 6″ futon for a decade). It was really hot, and it was too soft but also at the same time not soft enough? I like to sit and read in bed before sleeping, so I think my seat imprint created an indentation that did not bounce back up, and I had to sleep on it. I got back pains after two nights, and I’m not even a habitual back pain sufferer!Returned it and instead bought a $70 gel topper to go on top of my old $200 coil mattress, to give it a few years more life.
