Arrived late, but well worth it.
Terrible customer service from Amazon. Needless to say, however I’m very impressed with the bed overall. For just $200 you can’t sleep more comfortably, and although it is mid to mid firm, the bed contours to your body very well and it feels as though you’re laying on a big pillow, which to me is very nice. The picture shown is of the bed while it was just unpacked 30 minutes prior to the photo. The instructions say to wait 72 hours, however, I gave it about three hours and slept on it. Otherwise I would’ve been sleeping on the floor again.I will say that, ordering this bed and being advised that it would arrive on a certain date was the worst part about the whole plan. I turned out sleeping on the floor one night and on a $55 air mattress for tonight because Amazon didn’t get it to me as promised.There was snow involved however I’m no idiot, the snow would not delay this kind of shipment.However, the product got to me and I am happy that the whole transaction is over with.

Great value for a mid level memory foam mattress, a bit thinner and shorter than expected
Was a great deal on a mid-level bed in a bag memory foam matteress I purchased for my Mother who’s on hospice and in a private care home where the bed they provided was very uncomfortable for her, way too firm and unsupportive. This one offers the perfect level of soft support and cushioning without beigg by too soft and allowing pressure off of her always hurting back and hips. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that it seems to be a but thinner than the height as advertised as well as it also didn’t seem to get as long as it wa supposed to by a couple inches. I did not meatsure it inch for inch, but just going off of the hospital bed Fran it lays on, it’s a few inches shorter than a hospital twin. It totally makes up for it being comfortable for my another though so she can sleep so much better
