Organic Cotton Fabric & Filling
Organic cotton is the purest form of cotton and a healthier alternative to synthetic fabrics and foams. Naturepedic uses only U.S. grown and certified organic cotton as filling for its mattresses.
Organic Wool Batting
Wool wicks away moisture, provides natural fire protection, and offers temperature regulation. It has a natural crimp that gives it bounce, body, and soft support characteristics. Organic certification ensures healthy, well-treated sheep and the elimination of harmful chemicals during processing.
Organic Latex Comfort
Known for its comfortable pressure-point relieving qualities, latex is also one of the most breathable and temperature neutral materials available. Best of all, it’s made from the sap of a rubber tree! The Serenade feels solid, supportive and comfortable. GOLS certified organic.
Our unique technology
Naturepedic has developed its own unique process for manufacturing pocketed coils that completely avoids the use of ALL glues and adhesives. This is an excellent example of how Naturepedic goes the extra mile to provide the purist and healthiest components possible.
Individually Wrapped Encased Coils
Made in-house without ANY glues or adhesives!
Naturepedic manufactures its own encased coils to ensure quality and durability. High carbon-content steel, heat-tempering and extra turns ensure long lasting durability and exceptional comfort support characteristics.
Encased coils are also super-breathable, providing a space for heat to dissipate as compared to all-foam designs. Encased coils also drastically reduce motion transfer. By wrapping each coil in its own pocket, movements and vibrations become isolated and dampened.

Comfortable and healthy option
It is a very comfortable mattress, beautifully made. I sleep better knowing it is safe and healthy. They delivered the package earlier than scheduled, and the packaging method made it very easy to move the mattress inside the house. Very happy with the purchase.

Stay away from Naturpedic! Most uncomfortable mattress Iâve ever slept on!
This mattress has been horrible. I cannot get good sleep on it. Itâs advertised as plush but itâs very firm and uncomfortable. The only reason I went with it was because it is an organic non toxic material. Little did I know it would be the most uncomfortable mattress Iâve ever slept on.

Truly the most comfortable bed Iâve ever slept on and made with the finest and best naturally organic materials.I had the opportunity to visit the Cleveland factory where they actually manufacture their mattresses and was truly impressed with their commitment to being purely organic, quality, detail and amazing customer service. In a day and age when products are just ârushedâ to market, this company actually cares about their product, the materials used, comfort and the customers restful experience. Awesome Mattress!!
I love this mattress. I feel like I am getting in bed in a luxury hotel room each time I go to bed in my home. Even my husband who thought there was no difference between a high quality and a low quality mattress has been won over by the comfort of the Naturepedic mattress.
