High quality, easy to assemble with excellent instructions and comfortable.
The futon mattress, arms and frame come in 3 separate boxes. It states that in the description however I missed that. Fortunately they all arrived within a couple days of each other. The instructions were excellent as they were accurate, complete and all the parts were included. I appreciated the packaging as they even put the hardware in little bags and stapled a string to them and to the inside of the box so as not to lose them or accidentally throw them away with the box. Make sure you measure your doorways, thank goodness we did, we were able to put together the frames in the living room and carried them into the other room separately and attached the arms inside the room. It is a two person job to get it all put together. Mattress quality is very good and really comfortable and thick at 8 inches. We are very pleased with quality, ease of assembly and color.

Fantastic Futon!
Very large. Very comfortable for me and the husband. A taller adult can definitely lay down on it in the couch configuration. Love it. Easy to put together.

Its a nice futon, looks nice, didnt need to be a rocket scientist to put it together. Instructions are adequate not sure why some whined about them. The important pieces are color coded, hardware they show ya big pics of as needed. Follow the directions and you shouldnt have any problems. The mattress, not hard, not soft, is okay to sleep on, when folded to the sofa postion, is just okay. Maybe this is just because I got the “queen” set, but its very difficult to fold up from bed to sofa. The easiest way i found was to just remove the matress, fold it up then put the matress back on. Mattress is heavy, so not the idea scenario, but doable. I guess the thought being, you’re not going to be doing this every day anyway. Shipping was awesome, mattress came first then frame the following day, all was before expected. Boxes are heavy, so be prepared. You will need quite a bit of room to assemble. Frame seems very solid, i saw some reviews that theirs broke… I’m, 225lbs and while sleeping, sitting, or folding it up, didnt seem weak at all. Not sure any futon is built to withstand gynnastic intimacy, or to have 3 rather robust persons on it, so take those reviews with a grain of salt. Over all, am satisfied with the purchase, I would imagine I will have this for several years and have zero concerns about the longevity of the futon. The mattress, is okay for now, it doesnt seem like if will pack down with use, but we will see…. (2 months later) Still love the futon, is still comfy. Make no mistake, one person is not folding this from bed to couch by themselves, without removing the matress. I bought the queen size, so keep this in mind. Also, with the queen size, the back when folded up is very very high unless you want the seat portion to stick out far. Still like it, serves my purpose. Save your back, remove the matress before trying to fold it up.

Nowhere within product description or details was it explained that in order to get futon to fold into sofa position it needed to be used as a bed for awhile to break in. I would not have purchased if that was explained. I wanted it to be be used as a sofa for my living room and a bed when I have company,not visa versa. It is so thick and hard, it will not comform into sofa position. It is advertised in photo in sofa position. I have owned Nirvana futon sofa in past,and never had to sleep on first to be able to adjust into sofa. This one is made differently, but since the above was not explained,I had no idea it would not conform right away,and again,I would not have purchased if I did. I sent screen shots of other customers with same complaint,which by the way is in the Q&A section, to seller. My neighbor who is a big strong man, said this is no way going to fold. He went to his computer and found in Q&A. I just want by reviews. I am still waiting for a resolution on my behalf. I should receive a refund for the price of mattress,which according comparable ones on Amazon would be close to $300.If you do not advertise a product with full disclosure of what it needs to work properly,the information is misleading, and therefore as a customer I have a right to refund,as there is no way I can physically mail return this queen size mattress. I have sent my response to seller, sellers response is unwilling to refund. I also encouraged Amazon claims to require seller put the details regarding having to sleep on mattress for awhile to be able to soften to fold into sofa, in the item description, or remove seller from their site.Amazon had always been customer considerate according to customer rights. I am really hoping they will be in this case. I paid $737,and also paid in full when my c.c bill was due. This has caused a lot of frustration,financial stress. I have an empty frame in living room with mattress against wall. The outcome was in order to get refund the seller expects me to pay for shipping and insurance and physically take to ups,or have picked up. There is no way this queen size thick hard mattress can be boxed,and no way I can afford that. I am stuck with a mattress that does not function as should.And lastly,why is this item listed with four and a half stars with so many poor reviews. It should not be categorized as a high star product.
