Firm, but not too firm. As far as mattresses go this is definitely a good buy for the price. Haven’t had any issues at all.

Even tho the product was a little too soft for me this company went out their way to make sure that I was satisfied by any means necessary. I have to have a firm firm mattress and this one may not have been firm enough for me but it is a great company with great customer service agents. The mattress was very comfortable but because of my lower and mid back I have to have something firm firm! Thanks again and truly appreciate the service provided

Firm is not firm
I bought this mattress because of the Organic title. This appealed to me. I bought the queen size, firm, when I got it and slept on it the first time I just sunk into the mattress nothing firm about this mattress at all. My back hurt when I got up. I am unable to sleep in my new bed because of this mattress. Not certain how to send it back.

I would give no stars if I could. I am so upset and disappointed. This company says organic cotton blah blah blah. WHERE???? I slept on this bed for 5 nights and was up all night itching. The point was to get a non toxic mattress and I figured 100% cotton would be a good fit. To my surprise thereâs no cotton at all. I want my refund and I want this mattress out of my house! Do not promote 100% cotton, if you donât use cotton. Waste of money and my sleep.
