It arrived ahead of schedule, the packaging is very minimal but provided adequate protection. This was a good thing for me. Less waste most of which was recycled. The mattress inflated to shape very quickly. I stood it on one side and began assembling my new frame. About 30-40 minutes later I came out and it was filled to shape so I rotated it to the other side. About 2 hours total after opening i placed it on my frame, it was completely inflated by then, absolutely smell free outside of the one spot the de-oxy packets were laying against it. I washed the cover which is actually a very soft and decent quality cover. I don’t use a sheet as I found the cover to help the cooling layer work wonderfully. It provides great support in a semi firm but contouring manner. It alleviated alot of hip and shoulder pain I’d experience before. I would gladly buy this product again when the time comes to replace my current one.

Beyond AMAZING
I was initially worried about ordering a mattress from amazon. But I was pleasently suprised by this one. Its much softer than I expected while also offer the support I need for my bad back. In fact, there are many times Im so comfortable that I dont want to get out of bed. It is vacuum sealed so when opening you need to make sure you have it exactly the way you want it for easier opening.

This bed is amazing. As you can see it fits to my body but also comes back to life after you get up. The bed is great memory foam. It expanded soon as I took it out the bag. I have to agree with the other favorable reviews, this mattress is awesome! I expected 24-48 hrs for it to expand, but after I took the plastic off it immediately started inflating and literally took a half hour to inflate to 10 in. The next day (pic shown) it was a full 12ĂąÂÂ. Very pleased with the quality. Definitely worth it!
