Too firm
The product in general was great! it expanded nicely and fast had no smell at all the only thing I dont like PERSONALLY everyone is different it is too firm for my taste it sure is going to take alot of adjusting i cant sleep that well. But as far as quality its great! Awesome for people that like firm mattresses.Edit: I have had this mattress for 5 years now and it is literally the most freaking comfortable thing I have ever slept on in my life! Just needed to be broke in. No sag to it at all or holes from wear my husband is 260lbs and Iâm 160 and the mattress is still even!

So far so good and I saved hundreds
We recently purchased a Murphy bed for our guest room and the closet place that installed it offered a mattress to fit it that was $700. I didnât want to spend that much so I decided to buy this and try it out. It is very comfy, and it fit well. We donât use it often but when I have used it my guests have all talked about how comfortable the bed is. Hope it lasts but for now, itâs def worth the money.

Quality excellent and actual size!
Excellent purchase! I was a little skeptical purchasing online mattress but this product was definitely worth the price. I allowed one day out of the box to rise. It has a quality firmness and such comfort. It rose to 11 inches as described on highth. Very pleased with the purchase. I ordered a queen for my teenage daughter.

We really like our new mattress. It was shipped on time, it arrived a day earlier then was supposed to be. Only problem so far is I am only 5’2″ so its tricky getting into it for me. Perfect for my husband.

Pure Bliss
After never having a high quality mattress I finally decided to take a chance on a boxed mattress, site unseen. I was determined to not buy the most expensive, highest rated…or the least expensive. My thinking was that there is always a “best bang for my buck.” After having settled on 5 different mattresses on Amazon and reading hundreds of reviews I settled on this one. So, there I was, I ordered it. The item arrived on the day that Amazon said it would, no damage to the box or the mattress. I followed the directions for unpacking it, unrolled it onto my box spring and thought to myself…do I really need to wait 24-72 hours, as the direction state. I waited approx 9 hours before going to bed, the mattress, at that point, had expanded to 10 inches. I dove in, anyway…the next day it had reached 11 inches. I’m not suggesting that anyone not wait until it’s fully expanded. Let me tell you…this is the best mattress I’ve ever owned! I purchased the firm version and it does not disappoint, it does still have a slight “give” to it, which I expected…just enough give to conform to my body. I would say that I’m also happy with the cooling affect. I did place a bamboo cooling mattress cover on top to protect the mattress. The cooling effect is difficult to explain, or maybe it’s because I put a mattress cover on…the cooling affect is acceptable (to me)…I don’t get hot, so that’s good enough, for me. I would definitely recommend this mattress, along with a high-quality mattress cover and high quality sheets with deep pockets.

So disappointed
I previously ordered two of these in full. Great mattresses. So I ordered an 11â queen to go with a new bed. After 4 days of letting it expand, it finally rose to 6â in some areas, 8â in others. I called Amazon and they sent a replacement. Three days after unwrapping it, it is now 4â tall. Not sure what the problem is but now I have one mattresses with uneven proportions and one thatâs basically a 4â board.

Totally surprised and how great this mattress is for the price
The odor was pretty strong but went away after a few days. A single scented dryer sheet did a surprisingly good job of removing the odor. The mattress takes a day or 2 to fully form as well. After those few days the mattress is surprisingly luxurious. I haven’t slept on it, but my 12 year old son loves it. Laying on it feels very comfortable, and I sleep on a Purple mattress. This feels, dare I say, at least as comfortable.
