Mattress is Fine – Delivery was Terrible
My new $1208 mattress was just left 1/2 on my front porch and 1/2 in the weather. Three was no knock on my door nor a doorbell ring to let me know it was delivered. I guess the delivery person could not get away fast enough in case I asked them to help get it the heavy mattress in the door. Really disappointing not in the mattress just in the delivery process. I was just fortunate to see the mattress before it started to rain.

DELIVERY OF MATTRESS
This item has poor delivery by Amazon and the trucking company. The delivery estimate is wrong every time.Always late no phone call about delivery left in the driveway when delivered customer service is a joke by Amazon.I do not recommend buying from Amazon. The mattress is good no fault of the mattress maker, it is Amazon

Very comfortable, solid mattress.
This was a second ordered mattress with the first being memory foam. It sank down with just a few sleeps. I recommend the support you get from the internally built springs. It’s very nicely built and with a good cloth finish.We had no delivery problem and it was placed inside.

Manufacturer’s warranty
We bought this mattress Serta I-comfort firm hybrid mattress for $2200 from a local store in May 2024. This was a replacement for a 20-year old Denver Signature mattress. The Serta was very good at first. 2 months later it started to be too soft on my side. (It caused back pain). We turned it around, and now the other side has started to soften, 2 months later. (Iâm not heavy.)We went to the [store] office in October 2024. They showed us a newer version (Extra Firm) for $1700.Also they sent a gentleman to inspect the mattress. He stretched a red rope across from one side of the mattress to the other. The middle section must dip by at least one and a half inches to qualify as defective. He even called the company. As a result, the warranty does not cover the replacement of my mattress. Who sleeps in the middle of a queen-sized mattress?!I learned not to buy any mattress without a 6-month return or exchange policy in writing. Buyers: beware of the warranty trap.Let me it clear. This is not the [local company’s] fault â it is the manufacturerâs warranty that is the problem.
