Easy to use
The bed was easy to “set up”. We just pulled it out of the box, unrolled it, and let it set. We’ve had it for almost two years. Its still super comfy.

Best in class
No other mattress in this price range compares. I’ve owned many as it’s cheaper to buy a new one than pack up Everytime I move. This one was actually on sale. I got the twin for 130$ and it’s hands down the best mattress I’ve ever slept on. I got one for my wife after but the cost had already gone up to 180. But that’s okay. Worth it. We like having separate beds as I tend to snore and while she doesn’t mind she just doesn’t want the snoring right in her face at night which I fully understand. So even for being a twin size they really work out well for us and saved a ton of money buying two than the cost of a queen or king would have been.

Never reformed, no response from CS.
I have had this bed for over two weeks and it never reformed and does not lay flat, nor does it feel firm. Contacted cutomer support with no response. Now I am stuck with a bad mattress that I have to replace. I would not reccomend this product or company.

Not good
Initial impression is not good. Was using a medium firm mattress from Sleep Innovations for the past 10 years. Wanted a little firmer matress. This “firm feel” mattress is softer than the old.Let expand for around 60 hours but is less than 9″ thick (supposed to be 10″). Length appears 4-6″ shorter than the previous mattress (same brand, supposed to be same size).Feeling like a bad purchase. So bad I’m wondering if I received the wrong mattress.Have quickly lost confidence in Sleep Innovations.

New mattress for our RV
We purchased this queen mattress for our 5th wheel. Today we took out the old mattress (3 yrs old) and put down this new mattress.It is quite heavy. It is rolled in a saran wrap type material, then is wrapped in a plastic material.The mattress expanded quite quickly, surprisingly. Both my husband and I laid on it and we both were very comfortable. We will be camping next week, so we will ebjoy the comfort.I really recommend this mattress. We are very pleased.

Little pressure relief
This is a firm mattress, but still has some give to it. You feel like you’re sleeping on top of it, not sinking into it. It felt good for the first 4 months, then it began to sink in more. There doesn’t seem to be pressure relief further into the mattress. I toss and turn a lot trying to find relief for my hips and legs during the night. I wake up in pain. I’m a side sleeper. This mattress would probably be ok for someone who sleeps on their back. I’m outside of the return window, I’ve put in a warranty request to have it replaced.

Fantastic mattress
Iâve probably had some of the best sleep in my life on this mattress. Have slept like a baby in it every night since it came in.UPDATE: 2 months later.I used to struggle so much to fall asleep because I could never get comfortable enough on my old hybrid mattress I used to have. This one feels like Iâm sleeping on a literal cloud. So much so, that I actually have to wait until Iâm absolutely certain that itâs time for bed because once I lay down on it, Iâll be out in minutes (and Iâve always been a night owl).

It would definitely suit those who prefer firm foam matresses. It was the first time buying online and I feared that if I it is not firm enough I would have to return it, which seemed like impossible trying to fit the mattress into the box it arrived in:) using it for a month, everything is perfect so far.
