A Good and Comfortable Bed
This was the first time my husband and I bought an Organic Bed. We wanted something that was soft, comfortable and affordable. Well, this Oliver Smith Mattress has turned well for us.After it arrived, we opened it up and put it on our new Walmart Metal Box Frame, with fit pretty good, just a little space at the corners. We allowed the bed expand for about 24 or so without sleeping on it. This also allow any smell to evaporate as well. However, I sprayed Truly Free Detergent with water on the mattress, that also helped it smell nice as the off smell aired.After the bed had fully expanded it measured about 11.50 inches high. We have been sleeping on it for several months now, and it’s still very comfortable. However, there are two things we would have wished were different and hopefully can be improved for future customers. One, the springs on the sides are not padded and there is a very slight sag on the part of the bed were we lay, but otherwise it’s good mattress overall. Concerning the sag, it’s not very noticeable as both my husband and I are slim in our features.Additionally, to keep our mattress clean and to prevent any leaking, we have purchased a waterproof bamboo fitted covering including new foam pillows with covering.Finally, see our bed complete with bedding on our Oliver Smith Organic Mattress.We are glad everything has turned out well and we have been very happy with our purchase. Yes. We would certainly recommend this mattress to other customers.

Warning: Poor Quality, Short Lifespan – Avoid This Mattress!
I am writing this review as a cautionary tale for potential buyers considering the Oliver Smith – Organic Cotton 12-inch Deluxe Sleep – Plush Euro Pillow top mattress. I believed I had found the perfect mattress for my needs, but sadly, my experience was short-lived.Within just a few years of use, the mattress is no longer usable. The springs inside the mattress started to separate from each other, creating a massive hole right in the middle. This not only disrupted my sleep but also posed a significant safety hazard. As a 135-pound female, there is no reason why a mattress should not be able to hold my weight.The most frustrating part of this ordeal was attempting to seek assistance from the manufacturer. Despite the website proudly advertising a 10-year warranty, I discovered that this coverage is only applicable for purchases from authorized retailers, which Amazon is excluded from this list.The mattress’s inability to last, combined with the lack of support from the manufacturer, has left me extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I invested in what I thought was a quality product, only to find myself dealing with a defective mattress.Steer clear of this mattress brand. The lack of durability and the frustrating experience with the warranty process make it clear that there are better options available on the market. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a mattress that will provide the comfort and longevity you deserve.
