Why did you pick this product vs others?:Casey from sound asleep was so nice and amazing. Â Was having an issue with something and i was emailed back the following day and my problem was resolved with zero problems. Oh and the product is great and really easy to setup and put away.Â

Great Customer Service from Casey
I purchased a king size Cloud Nine Series from SoundAsleep a little over a year ago. I use it on occasion when I have family over and the last time I used it on the second day a small area on the top started to swell and eventually got bigger. I called the company and spoke to Casey on the Support Team and she informed me that the problem was something internally she believed if I’m not mistaken that one of the chambers could have ripped. Although I was just outside the warranty without asking her she immediately offered to replace the air mattress. Her kind understanding demeanor was really reflective in her conversation with me and without hesitation she demonstrated to me how much the company values their customers.I would recommend SoundAsleep not only for their customer service but their air mattresses are top notch and super comfortable. It was a real bonus to have a company and a person like Casey that values and wants to see their customers satisfied not only when things go good but when things go wrong.

Great Mattress
I purchased this because our elderly dog cannot manage the stairs so I have been sleeping on the floor. This is a great air bed, providing me the opportunity to be near my dog yet keeping me off the floor. I have been using it daily because of this and have enjoyed the nights better than sleeping on foam on the floor. I have used this mattress for about six months and it is finally showing signs of the additional wear. The automatic inflation after periods of being on the mattress have become almost constant extra pumps of air. I would have given it 5 Stars, I but know I am going to have to purchase a replacement in the coming weeks or months. Time will tell.

A Master class in customer service!
Just received a replacement mattress for a Twin XL that had been lightly used (less than half a dozen times). I called customer service on a Friday and left a message that the auto fill motor was making noise and wouldnât shut off after the mattress was full. Now, here comes the amazing part.The next morning, Saturday, I got a return call from Casey apologizing for not being able to call back on Friday. The office was closed but she was following up anyway on her day off. Having witnessed the decline of customer service from almost every company over the past 10 years, this was pleasant surprise. Casey was about to give a master class in the art of customer service. On her own time she listened to the problem and sent a replacement right away. She was friendly and charming and well informed. Thanks Casey!In this day and age companies like Costco and Amazon are dominating the marketplace by their commitment to excellence and understanding of the power of customer service. Casey and SoundAsleep products deserve to be on the list as well.Now, thereâs more to the story but itâs not necessary to go on here in this forum. Itâs sufficient to say that her efforts will pay off in more ways than she can imagine.Thank you SoundAsleep and thank you Casey.

Good customer service + zero quality control = 1 star trash
I am a repeat customer. I purchased this mattress in 2017 and as you’ll see from my original review done 6 years ago, I had a very good experience and that mattress still works fine / is super quiet as advertised. Flash forward to 2023, and my experience is not even close to the same.My new mattress arrived and I was excited to set it up for my guests who were due in a few days. The mattress self inflated nicely, but once inflated, the second pump which “continuously and silently runs in the background” kicked in. The sound level near the pump was over 60 dB and in the mid 50s on top of the bed where people would have their heads – nowhere near silent (see video in my review / make sure your volume is up). I spoke with customer service and Casey was kind enough to rush me a new mattress….Well – the new mattress arrived. While it was blowing up, I noticed a huge stain with a hard glop of what appears to be some glue on top of the mattress….and also, one of the seams has ballooned up, so the mattress is not only ugly, it’s not flat, and not usable as a bed. To make matters worse, when it finished inflated, the same loud motor noise that my original mattress had (actually, I think worse) was present. I honestly don’t understand how something like this could have escaped quality control. I could imagine that something happened to the pump during shipping, maybe even twice, but the physical condition of the mattress itself….this never should have left the warehouse.What’s next????? I’ll update back here when I hear back from Casey or someone else.____________________________The 5 star review below was from the first time I purchased this mattress in April 2017. Note that that mattress is still working fineOriginal headline: First use – very comfortable, very quiet, easy to set up, easy to clean upWe plan on keeping this mattress around as an emergency backup and when we visit family where there’s not enough beds. So far, we’ve used it once.Setup: Easy – unroll / plug in / set to desired firmness level….Wait about 4-5 minutes and the mattress is full. It’s not light – 20+ pounds of solid constructionsUse: Mattress was very comfortable / extremely high off the ground for a floor based blow-up mattress which was nice.Noise: It’s quiet. Very quiet. We had it set to keep the mattress full during the night. Nobody noticed a sound. As a test, we initially blew up the mattress to a softer level and then set it to firm so the in-use / quiet pump will fill the rest. If I put my head on the mattress and listened really closely, I could hear it…but in actual use, I would never noticeCleanup: Turn the dial to deflate and the fill (fast) pump pulls the air out. A few minutes later and the mattress is flat/ready to roll up and place back in the bag.Conclusion: I’m a happy customer. The only thing left to test is does the mattress last. We’ll probably use it 4-10 times a year, so I expect to get many years of service from it.

There is a warning on the shipping box that the item may cause cancer or reproductive issues due to chemicals. I was going to return this item but the return window is closed. Not happy

The mattress took 3 weeks to arrive, was easy to set up and inflate and provided a good level of comfort. It’s design with the 2 pump motors mounted on the edge of the mattress almost ensured that a seal separation around the motor housings would break, and after 5 months in pristine conditions, they did. First a 7 inch separation, which I repaired with Krazy Glue, then 2 weeks later, a 12 inch separation around the rest of the main housing. The Botley Store provided NO warranty beyond 30 days, No support, No exchange or refund. Sound Asleep Products did not sell the product or receive any sales revenue directly so they exclude themselves from any responsibility. Paying Premium for a mattress with no support will cost you even more.
