Charles, the owner of Mattress Savings, went above and beyond. After ordering a king mattress, I found out the third-party delivery service only does curbside drop-off. Charles personally took my call, upgraded me to a better mattress at no extra cost, and arranged for two trusted people to deliver it. He didnât have to â Iâm pretty sure he even called in a favor just to help. That kind of care goes a long way.The delivery team were so sincere and down to earth â when the box didnât fit in the elevator, they unboxed it in the lobby and carefully pushed the mattress in to make it work.After a bad experience at Mattress Firm where no one cared to help, Charles simply said, âJust reach out anytime â Iâll take care of it,â and he truly did. Some negative reviews refer to the third-party delivery service used after ordering â not Charles or his company.Sincerity, integrity, classic service â a rare gem in todayâs world.

Good Mattress, Poor Shipping
Good mattress as described, very firm, virtually noise-free when purchased with heavy duty frame.Poor shipping, mattress arrived with two large holes in shipping materials. Made contact with 3rd party seller. They took into account the damage and, per my request, discounted mattress price 50%. Thanks to the Amazon Representatives who assisted me in correcting this problem.

Never Thought a Mattress Could Be Too Firm for Me
I never thought a mattress could be too firm for me. Soft mattresses kill my back. I have always had a firm mattress. Stearns and Foster has a firm or extra firm. I didn’t hesitate to get the extra firm. What a nightmare this has been.I now have sciatica, hip, and knee and back issues from this mattress. I currently have 3 toppers on it to no avail. I still owe $2000 on it but it’s been several months and I went from being pain free to barely walking. I’m getting rid of it. It’s like sleeping on a rock only the rock sounds more comfortable
