Nice comfortable mattress, but corners never expanded
I like this mattress. Itâs fairly firm so you donât just sink into it but still soft enough to be very comfortable in my opinion. I love memory foam mattresses and I want to love this mattress but none of the corners ever fully expanded and a couple of them are extremely obvious.I ordered a 12 inch full size mattress. The middle of the mattress fully expanded to 12 inches, but none of the corners did. A couple of them are not far from 12 inches, maybe only an inch or two shy of 12 inches, but the other two corners are probably only 7 or 8 inches even after waiting several weeks to see if they would ever fully expand.As such, the mattress looks weird and the bottom of my bed feels like it has almost no support since the corners are only barely 50% as expanded as they should be. Itâs not even just the corners, itâs like the entire bottom foot or so of the mattress never expanded fully but the corners are worse. I put the worse two corners at the bottom since it would be very uncomfortable laying on them if they were at the top because your head would be angled down.So Iâve waited almost an entire month now and only slept on the bed twice since I was waiting to see if the corners and the bottom end of the mattress would ever expand. It is comfortable but I donât like how it looks or how it feels to try to sit near the end of my bed. The mattress doesnât hold you and you basically just slide off since the foam never expanded completely.I am in the process of going through Amazon support to get a replacement at this point. I hate to be âone of those customersâ but at the same time I know this bothers me and will continue to bother me. I donât want to pay over $400 for a mattress that Iâm not satisfied with.If I can get a replacement and the corners expand properly on it, I will definitely change my rating to 5 stars because I do really like this mattress other than the issue Iâm having with the corners.Edit: so I have talked to Amazon support twice and was told someone from Amazon support would get back to me to help with getting a replacement. So far no one from Amazon support has followed up with me. Iâm a little disappointed in amazons support right now because of this.However the seller saw my review here and reached out to me independently. Apparently they pay close attention to the reviews on their products. Thatâs a big kudos to them.They were very kind and understanding about the situation. They generously offered me a couple of different options to resolve this issue I was having. Both options they offered were more than enough to make up for this issue and they were happy to quickly answer all of my questions about each option.As such I am updating this review to 5 stars because I like the mattress, itâs very comfortable, firm but not too firm, and the seller went out of their way to personally reach out to me and correct the issue for me so that I was happy with my purchase. Plus the sellers customer support was very kind and understanding. I definitely appreciate good customer service. Amazon support dropped the ball a little bit on this one, but the seller stepped up and did a great job at making this right.For those reasons this mattress and the seller in general deserve 5 stars.

The most comfortable bed ever. Period.
I’ve never been so in love with an inanimate object in my life! ðLike lots of others, we spent a lot of time researching beds before deciding on this one. I wanted an all organic mattress, but my husband could care less and was dead set on a hybrid. He wanted coils. (We are both big time edge huggers , so we both wanted the side support. ) I sleep on both my stomach and side, my husband sleeps in every position known to man.So anyway, I ordered this thinking it was a coil hybrid.. whoops.We ended up with neither a fully organic mattress( though the latex on the top layer gives me some peace of mind) nor an actual coil spring mattress – but it was the BEST ‘accidental’ purchase we’ve ever made! (And the perfect amount of firm support, and a cushy soft cloud like feeling on top)Our mattress arrived in a couple days. We opened it immediately, to let it breathe / expand. I was afraid of sleeping in the same room with it, as there might be off gassing or a weird smell but surprisingly, there was ZERO smell.. not even a little.I think we waited a day or two before actually using it but to us, it looked fully expanded the next day… In fact, it looked so good, we couldn’t believe it was ever a rolled up bed!I’m a very light sleeper and my husband is a deep sleeper who tosses & turns a lot in his sleep so I’m used to being woken up several times a night … that is- until we got this bed.I really can’t explain how or why, but since the first night we slept on this mattress (over 2 months ago now)I’ve not been woken up in the middle of the night ONCE!It’s literally been years since I’ve slept the whole night through!Honestly, I didn’t think our old mattress was bad, it wasn’t that old- we just wanted to change it out for a new one when we moved. But after sleeping on this mattress, i feel like a whole newnew person (one that loves sleeping, and no longer has terrible insomnia!) and I’m just kicking myself that we didn’t do it sooner.Everyone is different, but for us, it was the best decision we have made in years… (even if if was a accidental) 🙂

Great value decent quality
Iâve slept on a firm Tempurpedic memory foam mattress for the last 10 years but it gradually got soft and eventually caused back pain esp around hips and lumbar. I got a 3 inch organic latex topper and it helped but did not solve the issue since the mattress was sinking at my hips/lumbar as well as shoulders. I love the latex topper but needed a new/better mattress that didn’t sink. This is made in the USA and a great value. I got it on sale and ended up paying about $350 a fraction of a Tempurpedic. This mattress had no smell and was shipped in 2 waterproof âbagsâ vs a box which made it easy for me to handle and move on one shoulder. The plastic made it difficult to unroll because it sticks to itself.It unrolls from top to bottom and expanded within a 2-3 hours but I left it for 6 hours before adding my latex topper which is over 50 lbs, then waited another 6 hours before sleeping on it. Best sleep in years. The exterior cover had a zipper if needed.I did lay down on the mattress before adding the topper and it felt great. You do sink in a bit more compared to a firm Tempurpedic but the support is definitely there. My hips/lumbar and shoulders were well supported and I felt like I was floating. The lux firm may be a bit too soft for me but the topper solved that problem. If you sleep hot, it may be warm for you but the latex topper I added helped with that. Plus the topper will prolong the life of the mattress. All in all, I got a great set up for less than $750 – organic 3 inch latex topper (a king mattress would have cost $1500, less than my Tempurpedic but still a lot more than this set up) and this 8 inch mattress and Iâm in heaven. When I lay down Iâm just amazed how great my arthritic back feels.
