After 12 years on a traditional spring mattress, it was time for an upgrade. My wife and I were intrigued by the bed-in-a-box craze but didnât know how to choose the right one. The hardest part of using reviews when researching mattresses was that most were written very soon after purchase, some same day. When weâd narrow down options based on price, description and rating, weâd come across one or two bad reviews that made us second guess.I am writing this review several months after receiving our Sleepnight hybrid king and we are very satisfied. Itâs a great mattress at the right price. The worst part of this mattress was that the box it came in looked like it had been thrown down many flights of stairs. If you are buying a bed based on the box it comes in, then this isnât the one for you. If you want a good hybrid and a great nightâs sleep at a fraction of the cost of the big names, this IS the one for you.We feared the sinkhole and quicksand feeling comments on many of the full foam mattresses so opted for this hybrid. As others have posted, it sleeps firm to start but settles in (and we did wait 3 days after opening to sleep on it…we experienced no bad smell as others report with boxed beds). The hybrid is the best of both worlds with the soft pillow like top then the firmer support below.Like I said, it did sleep firm early on and we did have some initial aches as our bodies adjusted and transitioned from the worn old mattress to this one…but after about a week, I realized I was having some very strange dreams thanks to the deep sleeps I was now experiencing.Another key plus is the lack of motion transfer compared to old mattress. Thatâs something you read a lot and probably read quickly past in these reviews but I canât overstate what a difference this mattress has made in us not disrupting each other with any tossing or turning…or realizing a child has snuck in our bed in the middle of the night.So to recap, donât judge a mattress by the box in comes in or by how it sleeps the first few nights. And donât overpay either.

Recently move in to new home ,been seeking a new mattress for to fit my new bad just bought from store ,choose a mattress are most of my headache part ,going to multi different furniture store there have lots of different kind of mattress with different price on it but most between $500-$4000 of king size ,absolutely there not have quality what I want under $800 but packet under budget not allow me to get over $1000 mattress thatâs very disappoint me . So Iâm gave up local choice to online , bought this mattress was done of lots research between multi different brand and review ,I know what I want under $700 which budget allow. Fast shipping right on front door in 4day ,which seller provide 30day free return policy that be help me a lot to pick that mattress with confidence (I can return anytime if Iâm not certified ) feel amazing when I saw package come will big drum stick much convenient to move into my room ,canât wait to open box get it installed right away ,mattress getting big 8inch in 3minute that part was fun to watching a âDONUT âgetting bigger and bigger very fast . wait to until 48 hour to get it fully inflated to 12inch which I donât want ruin this mattress fully inflate process if I sleep on it right away . Mattress is medium firm and so comfy , very soft on the surface with good quality memory form in that help reduce the pain from backache for years . Right now Iâm absolutely obsessed with it lay on this bed soon as I had chance , I sleep like baby Every night . mattress was slightly hot but getting solve immediately after put a mattress protector on it . almost $700 what Iâm pay is really worth it much better furniture store quality , Very certified with this purchase !

Iâve now had this mattress for just under 5 years and can recommend this completely. Itâs still just as comfortable as when I bought it. I tend to run hot and this does a pretty good job of not overheating me. Itâs soft without being too soft. I have rotated it almost every other sheet change and it still doesnât have any dents in it. The side support has always been good for a boxed mattress. Definitely recommended.

Like it, dont love it
I am a big guy, almost 350lbs, with severe chronic back pains. I have had this bed 2 1/2 months and have mixed feelings about it.TLDR;; If you are over 250lbs, you might like this bed. Its firm enough you dont feel like you’re on the box spring or floor, with a nice plush top. If you are under 250lbs, your weight isnt enough to sink at all in the bed and it will feel like a rock bed.Pros:We unboxed this around 11am, and by 10pm when I went to go to bed, it was almost fully decompressed, excepting the edges. They took almost a full 24 hours to firm up. It feels plush, and while it can be a little bit of a warm sleeper, we found that cooler-fabric bedsheets make a huge difference. All in all my back pain has decreased to a very manageable level. I can sleep on my stomach, and it not hurt my back. And for the first time in years, I enjoy laying on my back. So far, with two adults who are both very rough with furniture, and the fact this bed is on the floor, it has held up great. No sagging whatsoever, even the edges remain firm despite me sitting on them. I definitely like this bed.Cons:It took two decently strong people to carry this upstairs. I knew this was going to be an issue, seeing as we got a king size. Not really that much of a con, excepting the packaging didnt have any easy way to grip it. I cant sleep on my sides, the bed is so firm it hurts my ribcage, and I barely make a dent in this bed while I am on it. On the one hand that’s awesome, but on the other hand my 145 pounds husband feels like he gets beaten up I’m his sleep. He has to practically lay on top of me to get comfortable. At my weight, I was surprised to find this to be the case. Of course, things could change over time and probably will.
