– Please allow 48-72 hours for your queen mattress to regain its full shape. The rate of expansion is related to the temperature of the room. Most memory foam mattresses will expand faster in a warm room and will take longer in colder temperatures.
– It’s normal that there is a new foam mattress odor after unpacking the mattress. Place the 12 inch queen mattress in a ventilated space for a few days and the smell will gradually disappear.

Important if you donât know
It wasnât made clear in the listing when I bought it but technically you are supposed to let the bed reinflate itself from its vacuum sealed state for three days before using it. So plan accordingly. I will say that though my rear was hitting the board that first night, it was pretty well inflated by the morning. And Iâm on the heavier side so I feel if you give it a good 12 to 16 hours you should be fine. Though obviously I canât recommend or take responsibility for not following the letter of the directions. Just sharing my own experience.

Firm!
I have been having my back issue lately with my old mattress so my friend recommended my to change my mattress and get the memory foam one. This is the first time i am using a memory foam mattress and i must admit that its far better than the hybrid mattresses (which i have been using in the past). Its been about ten days i am sleeping on it and i did not have back pain since than. Its pretty firm yet plush at the same time and gives a nice support to the whole bodyâ¦.it fits perfectly on my queen size bed. I let it expand for 3-4 days before using it. It takes time to be in its fully expanded shape as itâs shipped in a small boxâ¦luckily it doesnât have any residual smell which most mattresses have. This mattress is breathable which makes it more comfortable. I am really happy with this purchase and would recommend this mattress.

Mine didn’t puff up all the way. But it comfortable. It’s in my guest room so won’t be used all the time. I wouldn’t use it for a every day uses

Not plush, ultra firm mattress
This product is described as plush and soft in one of the images and the description. It is not, it is incredibly firm. You will feel like you are sleeping on the bare side walk for at least the first few nights. That being said, I considered returning it, but if you power through and adjust to how hard it is, it does end up becoming a pretty good mattress.

Plush and cozy queen comfort
Mattresses are such a challenge to buy because you canât easily try them or they might feel ok at first and then not so good in a few months. This is my first sweetnight mattress and I was very pleased that my opinion matched the expectation I had from the reviews Iâd read. I was looking for a memory foam that was firm support with plush top layer and this fit the bill. It is used in a spare room now because I figured if I liked it Iâd buy it again in the larger size. I slept on it for a few weeks straight and no shoulder or hip pain caused like with other foam and hybrid mattresses tried. Unfortunately when I was ready to buy the king size it was out of stock with no estimated return, so I had to take a chance on a different model that sounded identical in layers and description but turned out to be a little less plush than this one (will leave a separate review for it). Overall I was very happy for the balance of comfort and price on this mattress.
