Quality comfortable mattress for great price
I’ve bought my 3rd mattress from teoanns. They are awesome quality for the price, I enjoy the hybrid design and when I injured my back I would move to another room where we had one of these mattresses. It may have been the firmness that helped my back but that may be because our old mattress was worn in a bit and this teoanns had the flat support but also includes the memory foam cushion layers in top. Our first one was bought almost two years ago, and our third mattress arrived today.

Pleasantly surprised…
I’ve had this mattress for a full year now and it’s not changed one bit from the first day I got it. That’s saying a lot given that it’s taken a lot of abuse from the family. The frame it was on at first was too small and everyone climbed over the sides and bent them. I put it on the correct size of frame about eight months ago, and you can’t tell the different from when it was new. No bow, sag, or flattening. Though it’s a bit softer on the surface than I would like, it remains firm and level in it’s core without being a slab. I would highly recommend this mattress for anyone looking for both comfort and durability.

Don’t depend on help or warranties
I bought this mattress because of all the wonderful reviews. I have mixed feelings and will try to keep it short but give good feedback.I had an old sunken mattress that was giving me some serious back and shoulder pain. I replaced it with this one and the pain went away.The mattress is nice and was very comfortable for up to 6 months. Then it sunk in the middle. Needless to say a sunken bed is not comfortable and is giving me body aches.I have reached out to Amazon but they can’t help because it’s past the 100 days. Amazon does not have warranty info., A phone number, or a contact for the sellers. Amazon told me reach out to the company directly.I was able to find an email for the Teoanns company and learned they have a 10 year warranty because they sent me an email in December 2024 . I since have provided them with ALL the information requested and have tried to follow up with them approximately 5 other times between December 2024 and February 2025 and they HAVE NOT replied or made any attempts at fixing the issue.My point is if you want to buy this mattress for someone whose light weight, it seems like a good buy and may last. If your going to buy this for an anyone with some weight (let’s say 150 or heavier), you may encounter some issues in about 6 months, that NO ONE will help fix dispite the manufacturer warranty.Oh! And read the fine print on the additional protection (to my understanding they will not cover much of anything either on the mattresses).Attached is a picture (as best I could take) were you can see some of the sunkenness (that’s without any weight).

I was skeptical about a bed in a box too.
I very desperately needed a new mattress. I had my previous serta matress for 20 years. That thing did me well. Mattress prices are through the roof so for two years on and off I’ve searched for a bed. I finally came across this one and liked the reviews. I had my doubts because previously my mom bought a cheap bed in a box and it was horrible. I was extremely hesitant. I’m so happy I did. The second it came in I took it out. I was so surprised with the packaging too I honestly thought I bought the wrong size. When I finally had it all rolled out it came with a handy tool to slice the plastic open. (I now use this tool to open water bottle packages). Instantly the bed began to inflate! After about six hours I tested the bed on the floor and was instantly in love. I felt like I was in a hotel bed! It was firm but soft. I’m a 300+ pound person and so far I have not had an issue with my weight leaving an indent in the mattress. (It’s a thing, don’t judge us! LoL) I also got this in perfect timing. A week later I caught covid for the first time ever and it totally helped with the body aches! I’ve noticed an improvement with my hip pain also. After this who two year event I found a bed I love and my mom also now had one. The best part is that we didn’t break the bank!

*Nov, 2022 Edited my first review to say that I liked my first one so much that I ordered a 2nd one, queen size for my son. He said it’s the best sleep he has had in a long time! **This mattress was easy peasy to get ready. Tke it out of the box, unroll it, use the enclosed cutter to cut away the plastic, set it on your bed, and that’s it! I waited the full 72 hrs before sleeping on it even tho it looked ready after 24 hrs. The mattress feels so good to sleep on. Not too firm and not too soft. I’m a side sleeper and this feels so much better on my hips and legs than our regular mattress. It does what it says it does. It gives you support but also softness, like its cradling your body. I looked and looked online and this was the one I settled on and I am so glad I did! I was so nervous buying a mattress online and also this is my first memory foam mattress. It is well made with lots of memory foam padding. I don’t know what else I can say. I lOVE it! No more hip pain!

This matters is AFFORDABLE AND QUALITY .I have bought 2 now same ones identical quality and performance.It’s a bit on the firmer side but extremely comfortable. I have slept in min for over a year zero issues with sagging or low spots. I’m 5’7 and 145lbs if that’s helpful.Highly recommend 👌.
