Sleepy quickly, mattress very softly
This mattress was softer and had more give than expected. We wanted to return it after the 30 day window, however Amazon said we had to deal directly with manufacturer.I contacted Lechepus manufacturer by email and the response was quick. I explained the situation, and that it was only 2 months old. The customer service was excellent! They offered me an agreeable refund amount, and said we could keep the mattress. I would definitely buy from this particular company again.

Good Mattress
This 10-inch hybrid queen mattress is a great balance of comfort and support. It arrived rolled up in a box and expanded quickly with no weird smells. I waited two days before I slept on it. The memory foam and pocket coils give just the right amount of sink and bounce. A fantastic value at this price.

The mattress was securely and tightly packed in plastic. I have to say, it’s pretty heavy. Honestly, it took quite a bit of effort for me to pull the mattress to the bedroom by myself. Once it expanded, I was impressed by how comfortable it felt — it has the perfect balance of softness and support. The memory form contours really nicely without me feeling “stuck”. I sleep mostly on my back and side. I’ve noticed. a huge difference in how rested I feel in the morning. I also love the peace of mind knowing it’s fiberglass-free.

I wish Id gone to Amazon first
I brought the mattress in December and I pulled it out of the box and plastic on 2-22-25 and it popped up immediately and good great. I canât wait to see it expand more. I was so worried about purchasing a bed on Amazon (in a box) and I spent $1300 on a mattress else where only to later find out I had a $1500 add on for it. (Finance pay) I got a $3500 mattress with seams coming out of every stitch.This mattress is perfect. It was only $500 plus. And I havenât used it yet. Itâs more of a guest bed but I wish Iâd come to Amazon first. I was even able to use their payment plan and choose between monthly payments or bi weekly payments. And there was no interest to pay or an extra $1500 (hidden fees) to pay in addition to the cost of the mattress.I canât wait to try it out. I do have to buy a foundation for the mattress but I started to worry that keeping it in the box would flatten it or that I would open a defected mattress and itâd be too late to return. Itâs perfect fresh out of the box. Coming out of the box itâs about 11 inches so I hope it rises. I think I would recommend a 10 inch mattress foundation for a lift.And I got it sooner than I expected it.Update a week after opening without sleeping on it: it expanded from 11 inches to 12 inches but I donât regret purchasing it.

mattress that is equally comfortable and attractive
This seems to be the new way of getting a mattress delivered. In a box, ‘freeze dried’ rolled up in a tall thin box. It was heavier than it looked, at almost seventy pounds for the mattress. After cutting open the inner plastic, it expanded to the perimeter size very quickly. Since it needed two or three days to fully inflate, it was left on the area rug near the foot of the old bed. Starting to measure the thickness at about two days, it was about nice size. At three and a half days, it did not expand any further past ten inches. So finally put it to use. It is very comfortable to sleep on. The cording around the edge is a bit thick and can be felt through the mattress pad and sheet. Since I am a hot sleeper, hope that its cooling gel layers work. The coils do make less motion when “he” moves around. Hoping the fire-resistant foam is never needed , but works. This mattress is also available in twin, queen and king sizes. All reasonably priced. A ten year warranty comes with it.

I was apprehensive about ordering my first mattress in a box after hearing of a not-so-great experience my co-worker had with a more recognizable brand name but I was very pleasantly surprised at how great the Lechepus mattress is. Awesome Mattress
Received this mattress the second day. Everything is nicely wrapped in the box so it is quite easy to move it upstairs by myself. The vacuumed bag is removed and the mattress is able to bounce back in a second, expanding to the full mattress size fast. The mattress is pretty firm and provide nice support even at the corner. Super happy with the new mattress, gonna company me for some good years 🙂

don’t buy it
I read so many reviews before I purchased this mattress, I just can’t believe how far is from all the good things I read. This is not a comfortable mattress at all. I am 5’3, 130 lbs. This mattress is only good for a few days then you start feeling back pain, and a headache. Unfortunately, if you want to return it, the seller purposely make you pay for the shipping so you cant return the merchandise since it’s too expensive and you are stuck with it.
