A great, firm, Japanese style futon mattress!
A nice, firm Japanese style futon mattress. This mattress has been a back saver for me as it was purchased to use in lieu of a sagging, beat up only two year old spring mattress at the fire house I work at. I put this mattress on a peg board that is supported by several slats and it works great. Please note, it is firm, which I prefer. I was going to possibly buy a much more expensive made in Japan futon mattress but this product is of great quality and significantly less expensive. The mattress is only three to four or so inches thick and is still new to me, but I think it will be a great product for quite some time. This mattress should be used on the floor or a solid surface for the best results. Happy sleeping!

Better than air mattress
Last year we went on a road trip, sleeping in the back of our suburban on an air mattress. We popped 4 air mattresses in 7 days. This year we decided to try a mattress pad instead. Yes it was more bulky, no it wasn’t as much space from us to the floor, but it was definitely more reliable! It was actually perfect for us. As a reference I am 42 and my husband is 52.

Great for a side sleeper
I’m a side sleeper and just got done tent camping with one of these. I slept great! This is just thick enough for me to be comfortable. I hate/wife likes air mattresses… I chucked this in the tent and made us cocktails while she struggled to inflate her mattress. WARNING: our dorg VASTLY preferred my bed to wife’s… so you better like sharing.

Safe for younger kids to sleep on
I bought this as a solution for those times when there are extra grandchildren over to sleep and we run out of bed space. It will be less cumbersome than an air mattress. And being younger kids I fear they would want to jump on the air mattress. I will just fold it and slide it under the bed to store

Best topper I’ve ever purchased . My mattress is only3 years old, needed something firmer. This topper is excellent quality, stitching of “pockets” and size of pockets is why I purchased. My husband whom has a bad back is liking the topper. Well worth the money!
