Well made, easy setup
This is the third waterbed mattress I purchased o er the last 20 years. This was by far the best constructed, easiest to setup and most comfortable waterbed mattress. Came complete with everything needed for set up, with exception of water.Highly recommend this waterbed mattress.

Outstanding
Outstanding, takes a while to fill as holds lots of water, being on a well let it fill on slower flow for about 8 hours as I did not want to over work the pump on the well. All installed now and been using for a few weeks and have to say is better than the last on i got around 10 years ago, that ended up with a hole when cleaning the frame around the mattress. so patched but then ordered a new one as did not want to take a chance on patch leaking. Best mattress for very great night sleep, better than any other I have used over the last 30 years. Great buy.

Waveless?
Purchased as 95% waveless to replace a waterbed that was 90% waveless. New mattress has more waves than previous bed that had advertised more wave. I was surprised at corner construction that appeared minimal, Only one port for filling required frequent “burping” during fill to release air. Heater took 5-6 days to reach set temp, much longer than my old unit. I am happy though to find an in-expensive replacement for my leaking 25yr old top of the line bed. Considering that I could have ordered a higher quality model, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Water bed instead of mattress
We had used a waterbed for almost 40 years, sprung a leak. Husband wanted to get mattresses so we did. Before a year was up started getting sink holes where your body lays! Got rid of mattresses and ordered a water bed from you guys! Great buy, back to normal! Thank you!

95% waveless is questionable, missing the liner (never showed up)
The product does not appear to be the same quality as I have enjoyed in the past. At 95% waveless, I expected less motion. Also, the walled liner that appears in the description and in the photo was missing. I reached out to the vendor, but I have not received a response. I purchased this because it was in stock, I will look around for something with a bit more quality next time.

Great Bed
Before getting to the bed itself I would first like to give a shout out to the seller. I had a few questions and they responded super fast which put my mind at ease, so thank you!As for the bed, was replacing our 90% waveless and this one definitely feels a little more firm. The liner is nice and tall, the heater got the bed up to temp and stable in about 3 days, and the bonus mattress topper fit perfectly and it super comfortable.Overall, extremely happy we went with this mattress set over others. Great quality & just as important great customer service from Rick’s Home Store.
